I ordered this for lunch pickup off of online 3rd party and they are pretty organized in terms of alphabetical names but they don't update ur food order when it is actually ready to pick up which causes a lot of extra customer inflow during peak lunch hours which the store doesn't have room for! Also the line for ordering in the store is literally out the door during this time as well. The actual food is just okay. Due to the amount of orders sometimes your food will be sitting out for a while and u don't even know!! (If u order online). For example the lamb shawarma is in pre cut pieces and had an artificial taste.

Salad with Cauliflower as the "protein" and a ton of toppings! So delicious.

My office catered from Naya once, and I've had it twice since. Their sauces (cucumber yogurt and garlic whip) are sooo good, I could drink it. Their bowls and salads are all delicious. I was nervous asking for basically all of the toppings, but they give fairly small portions of the toppings so feel free to get as many (or all) as you'd like. The falafel is a bit dry, but I don't think I've ever had not-dry falafel. Nothing that Naya's delicious sauces can't fix! Highly recommend swinging by. This is more of a pickup spot, most people seem to grab and go from here.

I went around 5:30 p.m., and the line wasn't bad at this time during their grand opening event. There was also a 50% opening promo going on, so that's why I expected the line to be super long. I did hear that for lunch it was long. Yes, there's another location on third Avenue, but this one is closer to my work location. I was happy to know that there's another location and I'll be going to this one. The service was very fast and on point. The only thing I wasn't happy about is that they ran out of beef.

It was a little hard to hear and converse at times as it gets crowded, but the food was delicious and there are really unique items on the menu. Food: The duck shawarma was one of our favorites! The lamb and scallops were also flavorful and tender. The dips were delicious with the pita, but I wish the serving size for the dips were bigger. The fries were great - well seasoned! Also recommend the milky pudding, it was a nice refreshing way to end the dinner. Service: Our server was super helpful in letting us know what items are more shareable and his suggestions for cocktails. Definitely try some of the arak based cocktails. Vibe: Gorgeous interior, the mirrors and lighting really elevates the space and makes it a lovely spot for group dinners or dates.

My friends and I arrived fairly early on Friday to dine in for brunch/lunch. We were greeted warmly…read moreby the cashier who told us to sit. The seating area is fairly small, which surprised me. We ordered the crispy garlic rice, the Piri Piri chicken sandwich, and the famous knefeh and chicken pancake. The server was so nice, she offered us a sample of the seasonal lemonade, which had rose water and turmeric. It did take a little bit of time for all the food to come out. We chit-chatted while we shared the garlic rice (a little crunchy, very mild) and the chicken sandwich. The PiriPiri sandwich came with a huge piece of fried chicken that was spiced and fried well. The chicken was juicy and not super dry. The little bit of pickled cabbage helped keep things from becoming too greasy. After a bit of wait, the pancake was served. It was such a fun experience with the crunchy kadayif noodles and the cheese hidden underneath a super fluffy pancake. The salty and cheesy flavors of the pancake went well with the rose maple syrup. The spice from the chicken added another note to the dish that made it such a great combo of flavor. I could not stop picking at this huge pancake. It's definitely meant to be eaten by at least two, if not three. If we had known, we probably wouldn't have ordered the other chicken sandwich. Overall the contrast in the chicken and knafeh pancake alone was enough to want me to visit again. The textural crunch, the melted pull of the cheese, the sweet syrup against salty and spicy flavors of the chicken. Not only was the whole presentation beautiful, but the dish itself tasted amazing. I would visit Hen House again for the experience.

The fig hummus is something special. Smooth, perfectly balanced with tahini, and unlike anything I've had before. My brother called it the best hummus he's ever had, and honestly I licked the plate clean! The falafel plate deserves its own moment. Warm, crispy on the outside, perfectly moist on the inside, and just the right amount of richness. Paired with the sauce, fresh salad, and rice, it was easily one of the most memorable meals I've had this year. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully put together. Truly some of the best falafel I've ever had. What really took the experience to another level was the service. After we paid, our waitress noticed I had blisters from breaking in new shoes and brought me two bandaids without me even asking. That kind of attention to detail is rare, if I could give 6 stars I would! They are also incredibly accommodating with dietary needs. When the waitress heard my brother was gluten free, she immediately brought out a new plate with double salad instead of rice. Fattoush goes above and beyond in every way. An unforgettable meal and experience. I cannot recommend it enough. I will absolutely be back to try more. Also a beautiful & quiet place to sit with friends or family. We made some very special memories here and laughed into the night.
