I wish I could give this business 0 stars. Had called a week prior before scheduling an appointment…read moreto ask a question and see if I could make an appointment over the phone, to which the person on the phone responded very curtly and with an unnecessary attitude. I went ahead with booking the appointment anyway and paid a deposit--which was nearly half the price of the entire service. The address on Google/Yelp and the address in the confirmation email were different. On the day of the appointment, I went to the address in the email, which was a house. I knocked on the door several times and no one answered. I blew up their phone and no one answered. I was getting frustrated because I am a college student, so I have to Uber to get around, so this was already costing me a round trip. I finally gave up and went back home with my hair not done. I called again and FINALLY got a response. The lady had an attitude once again (when she's the one who inconvenienced me), told me she's been there for hours prior to the appointment (which makes no sense because I called and knocked on the door countless times with no response), and asked if I wanted to come back with a snappy tone. By then, the vibes were completely off and I've realized this business is extremely unprofessional and poorly run, so I asked for my deposit back. She very rudely said she would return the deposit and then hung up on me. TERRIBLE!!! Do not book an appointment here. Complete and utter lack of professionalism, doesn't matter how good she might be as a stylist.

My preview session with Jackie and Katie was held at the Cherry Hill location, which was convenient since it had a parking lot. I found the preview session (which I was initially hesitant about doing) very helpful since I was able to test out the hairstyle I was considering as well as my makeup and lashes. It was a good trial run where I was able to give my input and request any changes etc and, at the end of the session, I was extremely happy with how my hair and makeup turned out. This helped put my mind at ease for how things would go on my wedding day. On the day of my wedding, Katie and Jackie arrived on time, were very professional, and did an amazing job getting hair and makeup done for everyone, including a couple of extra people for makeup. Jackie did my hair exactly as she had done during the preview session, which was a replication of a photo I had shown her. She even placed my tikka on perfectly. Katie also did an excellent job on my makeup, and it looked exactly the way we had practiced during the preview session. I got so many compliments throughout the day on how beautiful I looked and how stunning my hair and makeup were. I felt absolutely amazing on my wedding day thanks to this team. Overall, I would give them 5 out of 5 stars!!

She gave me an attitude and said the tape was nowhere near my waterline. I had to ask her three times before she barely moved the tape. I woke up today and my right eye is VERY red and has a weird circular imprint. Pics below. It hurts a lot. When she's done with my lashes, one of them fell off literally right in front of her.
