It was quite remarkable as our initial inquiry was about an AirBnB for next year which led to a call about our short and long-term interest in the Phoenix area to spend the winter months. Our permanent residence is in the mid Atlantic area. We spent a phone call discussing our past visits to the area and what we were looking for in a winter residence. He listened and came back with five different communities for us to review. A subsequent visit to the properties enabled us to identify our top choice and in a short period of time negotiate a contract on our top choice. Most of this was done effectively and remotely as we worked with the seller to address both their and our needs. We were able to get to closing in less than a month and Jasson was very resourceful in identifying inspectors, a title company, and other contractors to get us to closing seamlessly. We couldn't have been happier with how smoothly things went, considering how much was accomplished remotely and online. We look forward to occupying our new home in the coming weeks. Kudos to Jasson and the entire Synergy Team at My Home Group.

Akash sent out properties that were not only in our price range, but also fit our style and location! Throughout the whole process Akash was only ever a phone call away. He treated us like we were his only clients (though we know he was balancing more). Everything felt really personal and genuine. 10/10 recommend Akash and the Kaushals for anything real-estate related. He also didn't try to talk us out of selling it by owner. Instead he was very complimentary of our house and encouraged us not to lower the sales price. It was all about our house and how good it looked. He gave us his card and said to call him if we weren't able to sell it. He never called us or bugged us again. During this time we were contacted by multiple agents and their message was all the same - how great of an agent they are and how they will sell our house quickly. Not one asked to come see the house or asked about our house. That was a big turn off. When we decided to use an agent David was an easy choice. After choosing David, he continued to impress. He was professional throughout the entire process and took the time to research our neighborhood thoroughly. He would share his professional opinion and recommendations but always allowed us to make the decisions. He supported is in our goals and then put his team to work. David and his team also did an excellent job of marketing our house and presenting it as the best house in our neighborhood. His efforts were very successful with 12 viewings in two weeks time that produced 3 offers. We accepted an all cash offer, within our goal range, three weeks after our house went on the market. Our sales price was also the highest sales price for a house in our neighborhood to date. An overall great experience and I highly recommend David and his team. I have already referred him to friends selling their house.

From the moment I reached out to agents to give a couple of options, he was highly communicative and followed up until the moment they were ready to sell! He was, in fact, the first agent to respond and the only agent to follow up as the months passed by. Not only does his track record of selling a high volume each year prove his expertise, but his genuine desire to help people get the best possible outcome for their home is what stood out to the sellers! The sellers had previously dealt with a top agent who was not as communicative as they had hoped, and that was a requirement they were looking for next time. David didn't just meet that requirement, he and his team exceeded the sellers' expectations! He was highly communicative, letting them know of new information as each stage was completed. David and his team launched the home via off market (later publicly) and generated momentum that led to multiple offers within a week! The sellers got the quick close they hoped for, and a price they couldn't be happier with! Having worked with many professionals in this industry, I would not hesitate to say David was my favorite to work with. I wouldn't just recommend David and his team...I would urge people to use them for any of their buying or selling needs!

He helped us navigate a tough market where homes were selling within days, sometimes even within hours, of being listed. When we finally found "the one" we were competing with several other offers. David used his expertise to showcase us as the best offer, and we ended up getting the home. With that said, he helped us stay level headed and always had our best interest in mind while we went back and forth with the seller late into the evening. Once the deal was done David could have easily said thank you very much, have a nice day, but he didn't. He helped set up multiple appointments, including contractors, window replacement and coverings, etc. He even went to the appointments on our behalf, because we still hadn't moved. Oh, and he personally went out to the house and sprayed for weeds, so we wouldn't get in trouble with the HOA! If that's not above and beyond I don't know what is! I am going to give you two reviews. The short and sweet and then the details that someone like me…read morewould want when trying to learn more about someone. Short and sweet. I generally dislike dealing with a realtor. They are right up there with car sales people to me. Jentri and her husband, Evan, are so far from your standard realtor team, it is impossible not to like them! The effort and care that they put into every single client impresses me so much and makes me respect them greatly. They are almost instant to respond, no matter where they are or what they are doing and many times they are putting their clients needs over even their own to make sure that deals close and nothing falls through. I realize that is what realtors are probably supposed to do, but when I say they go above and beyond, they blow anyone I have ever worked with or heard about, out of the water. Detailed. I already said I don't like working with realtor(s), so when my husband finally gave me the OK to start "looking" at possible new houses, I went out on Saturday on my own to view open houses of homes I was interested in - without a realtor. Who needs one of those?! That is when I met Jentri. She was hosting the open house that day at one of my then favorite homes and was so personable, friendly, professional and non-pushy, I liked her immediately. We talked about what we were looking for in a house, our current living situation and how that worked into buying a new home and I really appreciated that she was not just asking so she could figure out if we were able to buy the house or not, but she had a genuine interest in our search and helping us. That was 6 months ago. In between then and now, we looked at I lost count how many houses, we were going to list our house, then not list our house and then maybe list it again! We wanted to buy in a certain neighborhood, but wanted a remodel in a certain price range. To put it mildly, I am very particular and at no time did Jentri or Evan get frustrated and at all times they worked so hard to get us whatever we thought we wanted at that time. After a month or so of looking and not finding exactly what we wanted (too old, too expensive, too ghetto, to noisy, you name it) we decided that we would switch completely and look into building a new home. Jentri immediately sent us a list of reputable builders in the Valley and made the very long drive to even meet us at the sales office of the builder and community we had picked. We ended up going with that builder and signed just a day or two later, picking our lot and home style. I think maybe a week later we had our appointment at the design center, where she also joined us. Having worked for a builder previously, she had great insight into building new and what options made sense and what did not. I left feeling confident that not only did we pick the right options for us to have in our new house, but we picked the ones that also made sense for best resale value down the road if we ever decide to resell the house. In the meantime, we had put on hold listing our current house and given our new build is not going to be ready until mid-2019, decided to wait until the beginning of the year to list it. Jentri and even explained listing at the end of the year is not the best time and we came up with a plan to list the house at the best time and to maximize excitement and get the house sold. A plan has never come together to smoothly! We listed on Thursday, held the open house Saturday and the house had a full-price offer by end of day Saturday. We closed just a few weeks ago - 32 days from listing to final signing. Even the average in the Valley right now is roughly 60 days - we beat that by almost 50%, boom! But seriously, the pointers and preparation they gave throughout the process was above and beyond. They really know what makes a house sell and how to execute on certain things. They are not afraid to be honest, they will work harder than yourself on your own behalf, but most of all they are genuinely happy people and that reflects in all that they do. At no time did I feel overwhelmed or stressed and I always knew I could count on what they telling me. They are well connected and also referred us to a great lending group (The Hendrick Team) who were able to beat the builder's rates and incentives by a good margin. You would be doing yourself an injustice by not using them.
