Where to start....I had an issue with my toilet and the plumber came out on a Wednesday to take a…read morelook at it. Proceeded to break the sistern flush in the toilet leaving the toilet unusable. Charged me over 100 euro for the call out & assured me he could come back on the Saturday as he needed to get parts. Told me the office would call me, they didn't. I called them & asked for an invoice. Estimate of 215 euro to come back & fix - including parts. Replied to the email & asked what time on Saturday the plumber would be out. No reply. I called them and was told I didn't reply to their email (even though no where on the email stated I needed to reply?) When I was told this I confirmed I had a sent the email on the Thursday morning & As proof I had it in my sent items. The office proceeded to tell me it was their Christmas party on the Friday night and no way anyone would come out on Saturday morning. Called back & spoke to a manager who explained that someone would call me @ 08.30 on Monday morning. No call. I called them & was told no way they could get someone to come out that day & they hadn't even ordered the parts. No offer of a refund for breaking the toilet in the first place or a proper apology. Called a different company who had someone out 24 hours later who fixed the toilet with the required parts and charged 115... no idea why they were charging 100 euro extra as the invoice wasn't itemized. To summarize I will never use their services again, would recommend friends not to either & if I could award negative stars I would. Regards, C
