Then I asked to make a tracking, so my car was brought to Tom Gorman. He charged me 25e and after I left the garage I ffound that my steering weel is crooked. It was ok befor he touched my car. So I went back to him and he said to me that this things happens sometimes after tacking. Hmmmm. I asked why he didn't blocked the steering wheel before tracking. "You can't do that" he sais to me, "How would I do tracking if I block the steering wheel?" and things like that. I'm a woman close to 40. He treated me like I am 15 leave me to feel like: WOMAN HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CARS AND REPAIRS!! OMG! what?? I couldn't leave it like that. He said if I want him to set the steering wheel in right position he'll charge me 35e/h couldn't tell me how long it might take. I said NO. I'm not gonna give this guy to touch my car anymore. I went to Milege garage. Nice guys there took my car up and checked everything. Tracking was bad. "Tracking is Way to far on right and your steering wheel to left" They said. That would effect my NCT next week. 28e for retest!! They couldn't belive what way Tom Gorman made this tracking and what he said about basic thing like blocking steering wheel before set tracking. Guys from Milege garage fixed it for me. Changed 1 bulb extra and didn't charge me at all!!! LOVE THEM!! I went back to Mister Gorman. He didn't belive what I've been told in Milage so jumped to his car and went ther to talk to them. Came back after while with a big mouth. Thet he let my car in propper tracking and Milage just reset my steering wheel. He had a problem that I'm a foreigner. And in hes opinion I souldn't be here. That was it!!! "u owe me an apology" I said. "fuck of!! shouted mr Gorman and turned away. I PROMISSED NOT TO LEAVE IT LIKE THAT. If u don't want to waste your time and money, and want to be safe driving your cars, DON"T GO TO THOMAS GORMAN!!!! thanks for reading

I wanted…read morea servicing done on my car and instead Tom ended up dropping a metal "plug" into the engine and told me it was safe to drive and it should be ok. However once my car started spluttering and stopping I brought it back only to be told I couldn't get it back for 3 days and would not get a replacement. After spending over €40 on taxis Tom then told me after he "fixed" the car that he could not drop it to my house and I would need yet another taxi. Tom refused to reimburse the taxi costs and said "If U want the car come and get it" before hanging up the phone abruptly. Would not recommend this mechanic at all
