Yacht Strawberry Protein Bowl - 24 oz It's great!

Lilliana was great. Great service and Helpful. Protein bowl was great and didn't taste to sweet. Very filling Everything was clean as well!

First time at Nautical Bowls. Clean little place with lots of seating . Make your own bowl with $1 per addition or one off the menu. Their homemaker PB protein crumbled were outstanding. The service was friendly and she let me try one of the base flavors before ordering . It was $45 for 3 bowls - a little pricey but all fresh ingredients.

Happy to see another açaí bowl/smoothie shop open up! Good service and clean ambiance. We tried the Wild West bowl and the Big Island bowl today. The Wild West bowl tasted just like dessert and the big island bowl tasted healthy and good. Will be back to try some more in the future!

Came here after a morning run, needed a motivator for us to get our half marathon/half iron man training started. Got here and it was empty, got the biggest size bowl which was perfect for us. Filled it up with a bunch of fruit, they have a variety of acai bases too- we got the blue one on top of the normal which was pretty good. Everything is fresh and super refreshing cool.

Delish build my own just the way I like it. Blue Mail, coconut & açaí topped with hemp seeds, almonds & blueberries. Angelina is friendly and helpful. Cute painted sea walls.

Stop #14 on our Summer Vegan Journey took us to Nautical Bowls in Scottsdale. I saw a review that mentioned these bowls were better than the ones they had tried in Hawaii...LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. You have got to be KIDDING ME. Trust me when I tell you there is a place in Maui, Hawaii called "Choice Health Bar " that puts this place to shame. Now with that being said let me offer this food for thought: 1.) The Acai in Hawaii is blended on demand not sitting in a freezer. 2.) The Granola is hand made not from a bag and processed. 3.) The honey, & bananas are locally grown 4.) The Portion sizes are enough for 2 people. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that this place is pretty good and I do recommend it if you looking for a decent Acai bowl but by no means is it up to Hawaii standards. Eat, Drink, and Be Merry, my Friends!!!

Nautical Bowls was advertised to me via facebook. They were offering a BOGO on their Specialty Bowls, so we thought, why not, let's give it a try! The location is off busy Scottsdale Road. There is a parking lot that is shared with few other businesses, one of them being Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers. Lots of 30 minute parking spots to choose from. Upon entrance of the establishment, you are welcome with a surfboard shaped table. The space is bright, airy, and clean. Their menu is posted in large style and they had two print out menus. Menu is broken down by specialty bowls vs build your own bowl. I got Big Island Bowl and my partner got the Surf Bowl. The Big Island bowl offered all of their base flavors - blue majik, acai, pitaya, mango, and coconut. I also got to try their vanilla chia (it got kinda weird), which was good, however the texture did change sitting on top of the base. Topped with strawberries, granola, dried goji, and hemp seeds. It was the perfect bowl for my indecisiveness in the moment. The surf bowl had half acai and half coconut as bases, topped with granola, banana, hemp seeds, and PB. Both bowls were delicious and perfect the way they were crafted. They offer 3 sizes - dinghy/small $10, cruiser/medium $13, and yacht/larger $16 - prices are for their signature bowls. Build your own bowls are $7/$10/$14 and $1-$2.50/topping. Had a great first experience at Nautical Bowls! Will certainly visit again in the near future and recommend to friends.

I love açaí bowls. I love açaí, and the fresh fruit that typically accompanies it. Nautical bowls appeared to have fast foodicized the classic açaí bowl. Açaí and fruits such as pitaya and coconut are options for your base. Blue majik is an option for a base as well, but Im pretty sure that doesn't grow naturally.. don't know what the heck that is. I decided on a signature bowl because I was feeling lazy to create my own bowl. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make any substitutions to my bowl. I don't know why, the bowls are made on the spot and ingredients are in a bin like an ice cream shop. The açaí bowl I choose was too sugary for my liking. It tasted more like desert than lunch. The added sugar was potent and obvious.

This is for the Tempe location, but they don't have it set up yet. I ordered the ASU bowl and they put peanut butter in it when it doesn't list that. My brother has a serious allergy to nuts and could've ended badly. Flavor wise the açaí really not good very bland the fruit does taste fresh, way too much of the nut butters for both bowls. Won't be coming back.

Açaí bowl with granola, strawberry, banana, goji berry, and cocoa nibs

I was craving açaí and remembered there's a new spot across the street so I decided to try it! I wish I got the girls name that helped me, but I didn't. She was so nice and made my bowl in a timely manner and even brought it to me while I was sitting at the table waiting. I loved the ambiance, beachy and fitting to the store name. The tables were surfboards! Anyways, I loved my bowl although I found it to be a little pricy, but that won't stop me from returning

I saw this place advertised on social media. I clicked on it and got a BOGO offer. I was curious and Yelped it. It sounded like a great nutritious treat. All ingredients are organic, all natural, filled with vitamins and nutrients, plant based, gluten free, dairy free and soy free. I took hubby with me for a trial test. The place is located on east side of Scottsdale Road & Chauncey, Scottsdale. I understand that there are two other locations; one in Gilbert and the other in Tempe. Parking at Scottsdale was limited to 30 minutes in many spots and unlimited by the condominiums in back if you could find a space. The young staff greeted us. The procedure of ordering is probably more complicated than need be. If you get one of their signature bowls, then ordering is easy. Simply order a signature bowl by its name. Those bowls consists of a base, granola, fruit, dry toppings, drizzles and protein. If you get a build your own bowl, it definitely takes some doing. I thought if you ordered the standard items offered in the signature bowl, then the price is the same. Nope, each item after the base is $1 each which really makes no sense to me. I am guessing because it is special order?? Still I know of other places where Build you own means different ingredients but same price. That was my question of the day. The young staff were very sweet but not especially helpful when describing my build your own bowl. In fact it was confusing. At one point one of the staff was in the back and the customers were waiting. We got the Sunrise bowl and a Build your own bowl. The Sunrise has pitaya, blue Malik, strawberries, bananas, granola and honey. The Build your own had açaí, blueberries, granola, goji berries, cashew cacao butter, and peanut butter cacao protein crumbles. The flavors were cool, refreshing and filling. There are three sizes, dinghy, cruiser and yacht. The bowls come in a plastic bowl that is recyclable except they don't have a bin to recycle. What? We upgraded to the cruiser size although I could have been happy with a dinghy size. The place is clean and fresh in feel. I don't quite understand their name and would not necessarily associate a protein bowl with it. The restroom was out of paper towels when I used it. Just a few things to iron out here. It really could be a 5 star treat if some things changed. It's worth a try if you want something different. Tables with chairs and hi top's available for seating. Note that parking was crowded on a Sunday. WiFi available.

I believe this place is fairly new. I went because they placed a 15% off coupon on my windshield at the park. The first time I went she filled my bowl up so much and put enough toppings on. Tbh e second time the girl filled my bowl up like 3/4 of the way and I paid $1 for cacao nibs and granola and she literally put a teaspoon of cacao nibs on it, I was like?? So depending on who makes your bowl they will be very conservative with the açaí and toppings. For $13 they should fill it up.

The person dining with me had a skinny lime margarita and absolutely loved it, so the bar program seems to be a highlight. The atmosphere, however, was on the noisy side, which made it harder to enjoy the meal. Chips and salsa were just okay -- nothing memorable. I ordered the Filet A La Parrilla, one of their signature dishes. It was good, but not great, and definitely not worth the $58 price. The website listed it at $48, so the unexpected price increase didn't help the impression. Overall, La Hacienda delivers decent food and good service, but the pricing and noise level make it hard to fully recommend.

However, every time we visited in the past, we had a great experience--until this last visit. We made a reservation for 7:45 PM but didn't get seated until 8:30 PM. While this isn't terrible, it can be challenging when you have a little one with you, but it's to be expected as a parent. Once we were at our table, we ordered drinks and food for the kids. My wife ordered a cocktail, and I opted for an Old Fashioned. The kids ordered pasta and a cheese pizza. This is when things started to go downhill. The pasta was okay, but the pizza had a few hairs on it--more than one, in fact. This made us uncomfortable, so we informed the waiter, and they addressed the issue promptly. As we waited for the new pizza, our drinks arrived, and they were nicely presented. However, while sipping my Old Fashioned, I noticed something unusual in my drink--Tajin. Curious, I asked the waiter if this was a special variation of the Old Fashioned. She replied no, so I pointed out the issue in my glass, and she confirmed she saw the Tajin as well. I felt she was treating it as if it was acceptable, which it clearly wasn't, so I looked at her, signaling that I would like a new drink. (I wish I had taken pictures.) Following that, our main dishes started to arrive. My wife ordered a wagyu steak, and I had the pork loin. Unfortunately, we began to analyze everything after the earlier mishaps, and the vibe of the experience was completely lost. To make matters worse, we were still charged for the pizza that had hair on it and the drink that had the issue. With all that being said, I've decided I will no longer be dining here.
