After spending over six years and a great deal of money visiting other doctors without real answers, I'm so relieved to have found Dr. Ko. My hair was also falling out constantly, but with consistent treatment it now feels much thicker and is gradually returning to normal--I'm really seeing noticeable improvement. It was then that I actually realized how stressed I was. I seriously did not think I was until I answered the questions she had for me. Acupuncture helped me relax and, although it didnt quite relieve my backpains (from office work), it did give some improvement with my sleep and worries. During the sessions, the tables are warm and comfortable and so conducive to sleeping/relaxing. Lights are turned off and music was soothing too. The walls, however, are quite thin so me being a light sleeper, I can easily hear some outside chatter if there are any. And plus when the train passes by, the noise can be easily heard in some of the rooms. I do believe Taya and her acupunctures sessions helped a whole lot in the success of our pregnancy and that we now have a 5 month old baby after years of trying and waiting. Even until now, 10 months since my last treatment (since I havent gone back for more), I remember Taya for how good natured and skillful she was and thank that she became a part of our successful pregnancy journey!

It's hard to put into words how much my experience at the Reiki Healing Center -- and especially…read morewith Sema -- has changed my life. When I began my Reiki journey, I was simply looking for a way to reconnect with myself, to manage the exhaustion and emotional weight that comes from constantly caring for others (as a nurse, a daughter, a mother, a friend). But what I found here was something so much deeper, richer, and more transformative than I ever could have imagined. Sema is one of those rare souls who radiates wisdom, compassion, and a kind of intuitive knowing that immediately makes you feel both grounded and uplifted. Her classes aren't just about techniques or energy healing -- though she teaches those beautifully -- they're about aligning with your highest self, clearing old patterns, and remembering your purpose. Every session feels like both a homecoming and an awakening. Through her teachings, I've learned to listen to my body's signals with more trust, to quiet the critical voice in my head, and to hold space for others (and myself) in a much more centered, intentional way. I've also found that Reiki has quietly seeped into all areas of my life -- how I show up at work, how I parent, how I approach relationships, even how I move through moments of frustration or anxiety. I feel more whole, more balanced, and more aligned than I have in years. If you're even a little bit curious, or if something in you is nudging you toward healing, self-discovery, or a deeper spiritual path -- trust that. This is a safe, loving, powerful place to begin or continue that journey. I'm so grateful to Sema and to the Reiki Healing Center for being such a steady light in my life.
