Omay Spa is a head spa that offers relaxing scalp and hair health treatments that are customized to…read moreeach person based on their individual needs. At the start of my session, I sat down in a chair so they could do a closeup examination of my scalp using a little microscope. It was so cool seeing my scalp up close. This is so they can tailor each session to address dryness, dandruff, oiliness and other scalp and hair issues. We then went to the back to begin my essential oil floral scalp treatment. This was the most relaxing experience ever. Their team of experts provide a full scalp and upper body massage that will give your body the rest that it needs. The shampoo, conditioner and oil treatments helped moisturize my hair and the circulation and steaming helped promote better absorption in the hair follicles to get rid of the dryness. This felt like the most luxurious and revitalizing experience. I definitely needed this! At the end they blow dry your hair and then show you your scalp up close after the treatment and wow what an improvement afterwards. My scalp looked and felt hydrated and so much healthier. I wish I could do this all the time! Please keep in mind, they do not have a private parking lot so give yourself time to find public parking in the street or in a nearby public parking lot. The staff were so friendly, welcome and nonjudgmental. They really want to make your experiences relaxed and to help improve your scalp issues! I definitely recommend this for a girls' day, couples activity, solo event, or perfect to gift to someone for Christmas, Valentine's Day, a birthday, etc!

Gosh I LOVE this place. I've been coming here for almost a year, and I've had a consistently good…read moreexperience. A friend recommended their postpartum package to me, so I purchased a pack of 10 postpartum massages to use immediately after giving birth. And do go right after you give birth! I went a month postpartum and apparently I was late haha. The masseuses squeeze your ribs/organs back to sleep since baby pushes all our organs up, and they squeezed the swelling out too because per the masseuses, the swelling of water eventually turns to fat if the swelling isn't reduced. The 20min infrared sauna at the end of the 60min massage is so intense and hot, but I always sweat soo much so I definitely think it works. I am convinced all moms should participate in the postpartum massages, and I'm not saying I lost all my pregnancy weight due to the massages but I think the massages helped tremendously with it. I also have enjoyed many oketani A massages, and gosh those help so much with my clogged ducts and engorgement from breastfeeding. This is the only place I've found that offers oketani massages, and I consider myself lucky for only needing to drive 40-60mins to get to Spa Natureland for the massages because I'd probably drive even further if I didn't live 40-60mins out. Lastly, I've gotten a facial and head spa service here too, and both were fantastic. The head spa left my scalp so refreshed and clean, it was so so nice. The rooms here are simple but clean and quiet. I always park outside on the street (free for 2hrs, although I don't think anyone ever actually checks), but I think they have a small lot with a few spots too if you needed it. Highly, highly recommend this place!! I've recommended it to many friends too.

Yesterday I went back to the Li Health Foot Spa in Closter, NJ and had a full body massage for one hour. The price went up along with all other prices. The massage table was upscale with very soft leg cushions that were very relaxing. The female masseuse was great and used medium pressure witch I like and targeted the shoulders, upper and lower back, glutes and legs. It was a wonderful experience releasing lots of tension and knots. I was so happy I went back and will continue to have massages in the future on a regular basis at this establishment.

The space is…read moresimple and resembles every other $50-ish range/1-hour body massage establishment operated in the county, but for around the same price I will absolutely go out of my way to get my massages here. While the space has the standard no-frills vibe, the first thing I noticed was that the owners here have made sure to line the massage tables with plush, heated bedding and very soft leg cushions that immediately relaxed me - something I haven't seen in any of the other businesses. More importantly, the female masseuse I had was great! I like a lot of pressure and she definitely brought that; she also properly targeted the common shoulder, upper and lower back, and even glutes & leg areas where I think the majority of people experience lots of tension and knots (and I really felt it), whereas I feel like at other places the masseuses just mechanically work through whatever routine they're taught without any thought, and totally miss the spots I need addressed. I know I need more than 1 session to undo all of my built-up aches and pains, but this first massage really feels like it made a difference!
