He would alternate between looking over my shoulder as I filled everything out to pacing like he had way too much coffee. I have had acupuncture before so what took place next was insane. Usually the acupuncturist talks to you about what the issue is, places the needles, dims the lights, puts on spa music and leaves the room WITH OUT interruption for 20 minutes. This place had very loud music (soft hits but VERY loud), someone WALKED IN a few times during my treatment, the door to the junk space was wide open - just not a very relaxing experience at all. This man was off his rocker. BTW - he never introduced himself so I have to call him "this man" I'll admit this man did more than I expected, but after an hour and a half of being pulled, twisted, and climbed on, I had enough and asked to leave (did I mention I only made an appointment for acupuncture). This man actually climbed on my back and pounded my muscles to "loosen" them. The muscle simulators that he put on and the cupping while he did the acupuncture was a nice touch, but the rest was just bat shit crazy - and someone that kept coming in and out of the room while I was barely dressed was just not okay. Very unprofessional set up - I was way more stressed leaving that office than when I walked in. Bat. Shit. Crazy.

I was a member of my son's PTA Board and I received an information packet on the services offered by the chiropractic center so I invited them to the school health fair. I admit I was a bit skeptical. I said to myself, if they are so great why are they advertising? I'm guilty of judging a book by it's cover. A BIG MISTAKE! Anyhow, Dr. Dave gave a presentation on wellness, spinal health and so forth. I was so impressed that I decided to visit the chiropractic center since I've had some health issues. I suffered from chronic headaches, neck pain and extreme fatigue. I've been a patient of Dr. Dave since May 2010. It's now August and I feel FANTASTIC! I haven't had one headache or migraine since. I have more energy and I'm no longer fatigued on the treadmill after 5 min. I can run longer and stronger and still not feel tired. My sleep pattern is better, work life better, it's weird but my entire mood is just different. Dr. Santucci is also with the practice and he's excellent too. I saw him once when Dr. Dave needed to leave the office. I was just as pleased. He gave recommendations to other doctors in the area who share the same beliefs the total health and well-being of their patients. As for their office staff (Lori, Diana & Marty) They are friendly and very professional. I believe they know every patient by name. It's a very cozy atmosphere. They accept most insurance plans and even if you don't have insurance; payments are affordable. I've been an on-and-off patient of Dr. Doam Kim since 2011 when I first went to him for my first-ever acupuncture therapy over excruciating back pain. Since then, I have gotten packaged medicine prepared for me to overcome night sweats in winter and followed Dr. Kim from Fort Lee to the current Englewood Cliffs location for occasional acupuncture. Dr. Kim has is very professional, patiently explains his diagnosis, and truly cares for the patients. When I had to get the above medicine made again, he recommended that I take the ingredients he wrote down to go make a pill version while I'm visiting Korea because his version of vacuum-sealed liquid medicine is expensive and it's not the most cost-effective treatment for my condition considering how Chinese medicine focuses on changing the body's nature over a long time instead of doing a quick fix, and mine was gonna take at least half a year. On my most recent visit a few months back for acupuncture, they followed up on the acupuncture and cupping routine with a soothing massage as well to relieve my aches.
