This branch of the bank is well presented and has a good ambiance to it. The staff are helpful, and after waiting for around 3 minutes in the queue I got to see a cashier who apologised for the wait. A nice thing to do in my opinion. Staff know lots about savings/current accounts and it is great to pop in for these services although when trying to get more details on financial products it was a little harder and they advised me to book an appointment to see whoever specialises in this department. Easy to find or get to from the centre of Reading. Nice branch for day to day banking, and for greater financial products when you make an appointment. read more
