I've been a Natwest customer for six years and always found them to be friendly and helpful. Unfortunately at the weekend I went in to the Greenwich branch to add my fiancé to my current account. We were VERY rudely sent away and told (in the most patronising tone) that this was a very major thing to do and they could not help without an appointment - despite this being contrary to the advise of both their website and telephone baking. If that's the way they treat potential new business, it beggars belief. read more
