Natwest is situated at the lower end of Stepney street in Llanelli. The nearest parking is either Asda car park or the multi story car park. The staff I find to be very helpful and friendly and I have never had to spend a long time waiting to be served.
Customer service is ok - I wouldnt say that the staff are 100% knowledgable on all aspects of their accounts. For example they seemed a bit confused when I wanted to open a childrens saving account. On the other hand I got a business account opened within 24 hours. read more
