Barclays bank is situated on Vaughan street just past the old Woolworth store. In town you can park at either Asda or the Island house, and walk through the shopping centre.
The bank is large inside and there is plenty of space. The bank has all the usual services and facilities and staff are helpful and friendly as well as professional. There is a cashpoint in the branch and a customer service desk to may any enquiries.
If you are planning on opening an account here I recommend you make an appointment and take identification as this tend to be the only way that they will see you.
On the whole Barclays are as good or as bad as any other banking institution. My personal experience with them has been trouble free. read more
