I've held accounts at this branch for a very long time - I hate to think of where the years have gone! It's always been a friendly and efficient branch to deal with. As with most banks, you'll need to make an appointment to deal with some issues, but they can normally fit you in the same day. I've had a couple of problems with them over the years, and have thought of closing all my accounts before now. However, they normally manage to sort things out in the least painful way!

The offices are spacious and welcoming, and there's even some toys for your children to play with - keeps them occupied for a couple of minutes, anyway! All of the staff that I have come into contact with have been friendly and efficient. I took my mortgage out with them last year, and the Mortgage Adviser made the process as easy as it could be. I'd highly recommend using them for your savings, investments or mortgage if you're thinking of changing. The only problem that I've found is that they don't offer a current account.

There were once two castles in Neath but this is the only one which remains, although there is only part of the gatehouse left standing today. Free to visit and close to the town centre and river.
