This is a very compact branch of Nat West bank. The queue of customers often stretches to the door, but this is only because there is so little room inside. The staff have worked here for years and know all their regulars by name. They work very hard and manage to remain polite in a sometimes pressurised work environment. The branch tries to look welcoming by having vases of fresh flowers and plant displays on the counter. This staff at this branch provide a professional and personal banking service. There is a cash point outside. It is not always the tidiest of branches because of the volume of people passing through and using the desks and counters, but it is always clean. read more
