Natwest in Southbourne is a fairly small place, situated in the main shopping street, with a step to get into and an electronic door, if the button is pressed. There is often only 1 person on the counters and there seems to be a different face there every time I go in, this means you don't really get to know anyone. There is often a queue, especially at lunchtimes, which can be out the door, and some of the staff can be quite slow, though they are always polite. I think a lot of the local shops must bank with them because there are always people standing there with bags of money to pay in, this means the wait can be quite long. There is parking in the street if you are lucky, though there is a quick turnover of cars. This branch has 1 ATM outside, which often has someone at it. read more
