Barclays Bank. Yeah the giant bank! Some say that they are the only bank that is doing well. Ask yourself why? Could the reason be that they pay their junior members of staff, (who get shouted at by angry customers for pestering them about subscribing to products) peanuts and trapping their customers to buy unnecessary products? They proffess to put their customers' needs first but beleive me, i worked for them and when they talk about their customers needs met, they mean selling something to a customer, it does not matter to them if the customer needs it or not. If you have conscience, it is not a very good place to work especially as a cashier or a personal banker where you have to push and push customers to buy coz if you dont, you get sacked for not reaching your sales target. You can bank with them but be warned, Keep your guards on otherwise you will buy all the uncompetitive products they have in the market. read more
