My boyfriend did bank here. Not enough staff on the counters. We had an appointment with the…read moremortgage advisor and was there for an hour and a half filling in paperwork. Two weeks later after hearing nothing we went back to the bank and was told that the paperwork had not been submitted. We were then told we would need another appointment with the mortgage advisor. We have given up and moved banks.
