Well, I hope we're all pretty familiar with how banks work by now. If not, I assume you are still banking with the post office? Ah, gone are the days! This is a lovely little branch of Lloyds TSB in Penarth, which has been particularly helpful over my re-establishment in the country. They were very good at not raising too many eyebrows after I returned after 18 months and proceeded to withdrawn all money from overdrafts (to eat, mind you, not to jump on to a pyramid scheme). The staff there have been friendly and on the ball every time I go in. They remembered my plights and happily organised everything without a moment's fuss. This branch is pretty quiet, but can get busy during the middle of the day, but even then customers are dealt with very swiftly and politely. Well done Lloyds!
