Because of the wonderful service we received right off the bat, we decided that they would be the first and only company we would contact for our retaining walls, fire pit, and yard regrading and seeding. Logan was our go-to guy from start to finish. He was communicative, thorough, and knowledgeable and helped us visualize the plan with an initial drawing. Manny and his crew took it from there and brought our vision to life. While working on our property, the crew was always professional and courteous. Each day before they left, our yard was cleaned up and debris was blown away, which I really appreciated. Communication was just the right amount; they asked us any questions they had & kept us in the loop on which days they would be at our property. There were three men who came to do the work with one of the men called RuBin acting as foreman.. While two of the men got started on the job , Rubin started to ask this client personal questions and giving her some unsolicited remarks about his life. This conversation made my friend very uncomfortable and she retreated back into the the house. When the work was completed , Rubin came to the door and told the the owner that Amy would send an invoice for the completion of work but that invoice didn't include their tip so she wrote a check to Rubin for the tip. " WHAT" Since when do you pay landscapers a tip. This was a very scary experience for her and she felt violated and taken advantage of. Needless to say she won't ever use Andy's again.

I told him I saw good reviews on Angieslist and he said "oh good, thats our best rate". He gave me a price for $125 ($95 for sealcoating, $30 for patches). Not the lowest price I've seen as I have received fliers in my mailbox from 5 other companies in the past year for sealcoating. Other companies had quoted anywhere from $66 to $85, although im sure this didn't account for the crack patching which cost an extra $30 with Image Pros. Im happy with the price for the quality of the work done. They did a clean job, used patch to take care of the cracks, and there are no lines/striping like i've seen in some other sealcoating jobs. The main problem I had was in coordinating the job. They originally scheduled the job for the day after the 4th of July extended holiday weekend (Tuesday July 5th). I went home at noon that day for lunch and saw nothing had been done. I called and asked what time they would arrive. I was told they would be out in the afternoon. Got home from work at 5 and still nothing. They called me at 5:30 and said they would reschedule to Friday because it looked like it may rain the next day. I was home from work all day on Friday the 9th. Called in the morning to remind them that were scheduled for that day. They said they would be there late afternoon. Again, got a call a little after 5pm saying that their truck had broke down and needed to reschedule to the following Monday the 12th. The woman asked me how this worked for me, and I told her it "wasnt as good as today, I was home all day from work". But I again rescheduled. I asked her what time specifically they would do the job on Monday, the woman told me I could call Monday morning to find if it would be done in the morning or afternoon. I elected not to call and hope it would just be done sometime that day. The job was in fact complete when I arrived home at noon on Monday, July 12th. They blocked off the drive with string and neon colored flags as hoped. Good final product, just seemed unprofessional in coordination. Also I told the woman on the phone in a prior conversation that I had a coupon for 10% off from angieslist.com. So my final price was $112.50. In my opinion, the guy who quoted the job originally should have applied this discount when he asked how I heard of the company and he said that was their best discount. (unless he did apply the discount unbeknownst to me and I received the discount twice, although I doubt this is the case).
