Joyce and her team came to pick up our 11yo Cavalier King Charles Spaniel "Bella" when she passed in her sleep this Christmas Eve. The care, the genuine concern and tenderness of entire process of Aquamation and returning Bella's remains to us is remarkable. The Folks at Natures Pet Loss are the absolute best and my Wife and I give the highest recommendation of them. It's painful to lose a beloved pet and they made it respectful and loving. This is my 2nd visit to Natures Pet Loss. My pup, Cocopuffy was cremated there about 3 1/2 yrs ago. The experience was warming and friendly. Joyce talked with us about the process and even took us around where its done to see the equipment and explain the process. I highly recommend this way of cremation to every pet parent. On the 8th of February, my kitty Rudy at almost 15yrs of age was diagnosed with terminal cancer and some other bad problems very suddenly. I had to make that terrible decision of letting him go on to heaven that day. Afterwards I brought Rudy to Natures Pet Loss for his cremation. Once again greeted with such professionalism and kindness. I trust them whole heartedly.

I put one star bc 0 wasn't in option…read more my pet was sent here ( deceased )and I paid for a clay mold and paw prints. yea no never got the clay mold and the ink paw prints I paid EXTRA for was horrible and sloppy. I painted some paw prints at home while she was alive and moving and they turned out better than a place who was taking care of her already passed....i took them just in case something like this happen and I'm glad I did. last thing I have of my pet and they can't even be bothered to make it look good. They only did 2 front paws and never did all four like I wanted. Thank you for ruined the only thing I had left of her! how are you so horrible at a job you do everyday ?? Asked for ink prints for a tattoo and what am I supposed to do with these??

Both passing were not sudden so we had a bit of time to prepare . The people who work at Fosters are so kind and understanding. Both our fur kids came home in a beautiful box and then we realized that Jeter ( our kitty ) didn't have a name plate . We were out and decided to run in to see what could be done . Wonderful lady at the counter immediately said " we can fix that " and in 10 minutes we had our nameplate and were on our way home . Kindness and compassion go a long way with me and I have to say that I'd give them many more stars if it were possible .

READ ENTER POST: WARNING... MAY BE A TRIGGER FOR SOME…read more I hired a vet (Dr. Greta Goranova) to put my cat down at my house. My cat had cancer but was still able to move around. Dr. Goranova kept telling me that my cat will "not like" the shot and I would need to hold her tightly. She told me that she will "not like it" several times while looking at me seriously. I thought "how bad can it be?" I mean, my cat has had many shots and procedures and was always very calm. I mean this is suppose to be "PEACEFUL" at home euthanasia experience after all!!!!! When the shot was delivered, my cat screeched and flailed in the air trying to get out of my arms and was inconsolable. I had never seen her react to ANYTHING like that EVER before. She kept clawing at the air trying to get away from me. I had to sit on the ground with her to hold her but quickly went to my room as that is where she would feel safest. I put her on the ground so she would not feel restrained. She fell all around because of the drug so I quickly picked her up again and she then stopped moving in my arms. I kept debating if I should leave this review because I hate to mark any one with a negative review and Dr. Goranova was kind the entire time and asked if she could help in any other way after it was all done. No one I have spoken with has had this experience with their animal. They all report that their's was a peaceful experience. My baby was euthanized May 5th, 2025 and today is August 2nd, 2025 and all I can still think of is the scream and terror of my baby as her last experience before she died. How I can't forgive myself but more how I feel betrayed by everyone involved in this situation. I contact Codapet to ask who to talk to if I was not satisfied with my experience but had no reply. I also tried to leave a review on codapet's page. Guess what... you can't. Consider another company. There may be a reply to this review but I won't be back to read it. It really doesn't matter what they, or anyone else, would say any way. Nothing will change what my baby went through, what I went through and what I am still going through. Make sure no one ever says, "She/He won't like this"!

Dr. Meadows and Ashley were so kind and professional. They gave Reiko treats to help ease any anxiety. Dr. Meadows gently administered a fast acting calming medicine. Reiko was able to "Cross the Rainbow Bridge" peacefully in my arms. Ashley brought in a lovely basket to take Reiko with them. It was a very sad experience, but made so much easier by the professional and kind Dr. Meadows and Ashley. Highly recommend them for in home pet euthanasia!
