We thought we needed to put down my family's dog on a federal holiday when no one was open and almost none of the mobile vets were answering the phone. Joyce not only answered the phone but helped us reach out to try and find a vet. This was beyond helpful since we live 500 miles away and were trying to help an elderly family member. Joyce is kind and knowledgeable and when they ended up not putting the dog down, she even offered to help go get the medicine for her. She went above and beyond for us - total strangers. I highly recommend Natures Pet Loss if you need to put down your fur baby. read more

My best friend put her cat down today and chose not to use Nature's Pet Loss, which is well within her right. She was nice enough to let them know she took a different route, and they bullied and guilt tripped her. "Sorry for your loss" was all that needed to be said if anything at all after her initial message, instead my best friend who was already heart broken by her cats aggressive mammary cancer, was shamed. Im not including the entire conversation, just the first few unnecessary messages. You dont even know what route she decided to take at all. Cremation may not even be the choice she made, which is none of your business. Gross behavior by someone who deals with such delicate clientele. read more

When you lose your best friend it is important to have compassionate and caring people. Joyce and Dorothy were clearly concerned for me and my baby. I recommend them without reservation. I got caring and respectful help, they followed up and made sure I was taking care of myself, because my grief has been, and still is almost unbearable. They drove an hour to get my best friend and bring her to their facility. When they saw the state I was in, I got hugs. These are wonderful people. I picked up my Grace's remains yesterday. They took care of me too. Their facility is beautiful, and Dorothy helped me to the car. read more

I lost my beautiful and loving dog, Bubba. I can't express how much coming to Nature's pet loss comforted me knowing my precious pet was in caring and loving hands. The owner also cares about the pet parent and their mental well being. She kindly allowed me to come back and see my loved one again and gave me advice I'll never forget. There is a room where you are given privacy to mourn the loss of your animal in a beautiful room. The price is unbeatable in my opinion with the personal experience and hands on work from the owner and staff. Highly recommend to come here if you need a safe space. read more

if you offer 24 hour service you should make sure you can provide that instead of making multiple excuses why calls were not taken . I do not like being contacted weeks later via text being told we were wrong for our review which got taken down by google or by the company. I don't know. That doesn't matter. I know the company apologized but we both missed work because we had to wait for another place to open at 9 am. It hurts to have a company message my personal phone over a review telling me that my husband and I were wrong for our review making us out to be liars or something ( our perception) during our time of grief when i request for you to stop please respect that. you can always comment back on google it's tough enough loosing a love one. I'm sure you are a great company bc that's why wanted to come to you to begin with. But sadly our experience was not great. read more

let me start off by saying that I was so nervous about getting my snake cremated because I thought I would get judged or something. but Joyce welcomed me with open arms and made sure I was okay. she would tell me over and over again about how sorry she was about Ellie passing. That meant so much to me! then I met Mary... she is the sweetest person ever! She helped me pick out my charms for Ellie's clay print and walked me through the process And since Ellie was a snake I really didn't think they would do the clay paw print but they did! They did her head and her tail! Joyce even called me after they were closed to make sure I was okay with how it came out! and then she asked how I was doing and really listened to me when I talked to her. i 100000% recommend this place They really do care about your animals and want you to feel some peace!! read more

Joyce and her team came to pick up our 11yo Cavalier King Charles Spaniel "Bella" when she passed in her sleep this Christmas Eve. The care, the genuine concern and tenderness of entire process of Aquamation and returning Bella's remains to us is remarkable. The Folks at Natures Pet Loss are the absolute best and my Wife and I give the highest recommendation of them. It's painful to lose a beloved pet and they made it respectful and loving. They were amazing when it came to my step dad's dog Lucy. We had lost my step dad just a few months prior and I spent thousands trying to keep her alive, only to come home from work to find she had passed on. My spouse brought her to natures pet loss for me, and since I couldn't come to pick anything out for her, the owner personally texted me and made sure I was able to pick everything out, and kept me updated. Saturday I ended up having to put my shepherd down, and called natures pet loss to find a time to bring his body in, and she answered right away even though it was past 10 at night and met me first thing Sunday morning. The vet that I went to to put him down left me with a very traumatic experience, but natures pet loss really helped me through that. She let me know she was formerly in the medical field, and talked me through everything in terms that I as a nursing student understood a lot more; and gave me advise for if I ever have to go through it again. She even walked me through how to make a shadow box to put his paw print in. She helped me with getting him out of the car, and let me continue to say goodbye and grieve for as long as I needed to. I am so so grateful for them, and all of their help with navigating this difficult time. I will never again do a fire cremation, and will continue to bring my pets to them, and it gives me peace of mind that I know that I am getting my pet back, and only pet pet back read more

If I can give extra star I would, very professional, caring, very respectful to you and your beloved pet that you lost. I lost my girl midnight before Hurricane Ian come and I call around 3-4am in the morning, barely able to talk because I cry so much, the lady on the phone was very patient with me and take time with me to schedule to bring the body of my girl to be aquamation asap. I'm very lucky and thankful that they can take her right in the morning before Hurricane come. At that time my brain doesn't work well, I have no idea what to do if I can't find a place. Also when I pick up my baby remain, theydeliver her to my car with best care and respect. This is the best place in town that do their job with passionate, respect and care. Thank you very much, much thankful and appreciated . read more

This is my 2nd visit to Natures Pet Loss. My pup, Cocopuffy was cremated there about 3 1/2 yrs ago. The experience was warming and friendly. Joyce talked with us about the process and even took us around where its done to see the equipment and explain the process. I highly recommend this way of cremation to every pet parent. On the 8th of February, my kitty Rudy at almost 15yrs of age was diagnosed with terminal cancer and some other bad problems very suddenly. I had to make that terrible decision of letting him go on to heaven that day. Afterwards I brought Rudy to Natures Pet Loss for his cremation. Once again greeted with such professionalism and kindness. I trust them whole heartedly. read more

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. As someone who worked in a fire crematory, this process is so much better and more gentle. You take home more of your fur babies remains than with fire and you KNOW they're yours by how they are placed inside the chamber. I even got back my bunnies microchip! They treated us like family and we are truly grateful. read more

I lost my best friend this week and it was devastating. From the minute I called Natures Pet Loss to today when I received my little buddy's ashes, everyone there was kind, compassionate and loving. Joyce consoled me on the phone when I first reached out to them and helped get me through the horrible first day. And Samantha was pure kindness in arranging everything. They were a great comfort during the whole process and I can't thank them enough for treating me and my dog with dignity, kindness and respect. read more

What a wonderful place to take your loved one. Joyce and her staff went far beyond the call of duty, I am more than grateful to have found out about this place. Joyce even went to the vets and picked up my little Paco and treated him with the utmost respect. She even had a beautiful viewing room which made the grieving process so much more bearable seeing him one last time. It looked like he was sleeping. Again, Thank you for helping in such a sad time of need. read more

Joyce Moreau, Natures Pet Loss, came to take Stack. She is so kind and caring. She was able to calm my hysterics. What a wonderful way to always remember him. She's one of a very few who do Aquamation. I have tears in my eyes now. Thanks to Amy for coming and Ellen for finding Joyce. read more

Joyce and Samantha were so sweet, kind, and compassionate. We were greeted with a hug, and treated with the upmost care and respect. The establishment is so beautiful. All the Urns, necklaces, and urn holders are so beautiful and very reasonably priced. I love their grieving room where it's private and you can have as much time as you want with your loved one. They are very knowledgeable about the entire process and explain it to you to where you understand it. The process takes only 7 days which is much better than a vet office and the aqua cremation you get back more of your loved one than you would a traditional cremation. I really implore everyone to use them as your place in your time of need. I lost my Baby Halo cat of 16 years to thyroid cancer and it was devastating but they made the entire process so much better for me. They took care of everything. Thank you again Samantha and Joyce! read more

Joyce and staff are second to none! Never heard of water cremation before our dog groomer introduced us. Once you understand the process you immediately know you are giving your family member loved one (in our case 13.5 yr old border collie) the very best care possible. In our time of need, Joyce was there! It is also the people aspect of this business that separates NPL from the rest. Integrity, dignity, respect - everything they do comes across as genuine love and care. My daughter was struggling and Joyce reached out as a Mom or Angel with a huge heart giving practical healthy wisdom on how to grieve. Honestly thought it would be way more expensive and it still would have been worth it!! Few businesses have the best products, the best customer service then surprise you with a more than a fair bill. Natures Pet Loss will be there 24 x 7 when you need them. People from other counties visit and now understand why - a truly unique experience that you won't regret! read more

I thought I had all my arrangements made for my best friend until I came across Natures Pet Loss website. I called to find out more about the process and ended up talking to Joyce for over 45 min. Just speaking with her eased my mind and heart about what was to come. A couple days later I met her face to face and toured her facility. It had such an at home atmosphere and I knew at the end of it all I was getting my pet and my pet only back. The processing room was extremely clean and sterile. Joyce and staff were so kind and they went above and beyond for my family and my best friend. She even met the vet at my house on labor day night to pick up my baby. She was truly added to my support system. I could not have asked for anyone better. I'm so glad I found them!!!! read more
