Some kid hit me for crying, and instead of punishing him, they brushed it off and told me I was fine. There was hair and bugs in your food, and new teachers every week because they kept getting fired. I got locked in the bathroom in the dark and the teachers made no move to discipline the boys who did it. My sister was thrown on the concrete ground and the teachers made no move to punish the boys who did it. My dad had to get involved just for the boy to leave us alone. My other sister got locked outside for 30 minutes because they "didn't realize she was outside" despite the fact she was crying and banging on the door. There was bugs and literal MICE in the bathrooms. You could smell they didn't clean the bathrooms. It smelled terrible. When you got hurt, they did nothing. You could break all your fingers and all your toes and they would just put you in "The boo boo room" which is just a room with a bed and a tv. There was no nurse and no people with any medical knowledge at all. Please don't send your kids here, for the love of god.

I don't think management sincerely cared about him either. I'm not sure why the reviews in Google are so great. I have a feeling someone is deleting the bad reviews and inflating the good ones, but Yelp is more accurate anyway.

Yes, I have seen frequent changes in coaches, but we've been fortunate to have had 2 excellent coaches, Tara and Cassidy. I'm also surprised to see low ratings, knowing that Premier has placed high in many team competitions in the last 4 years that my daughter has been a competitive gymnast with other local gyms. The facility itself is nice, offering bleachers to sit in to observe your gymnast during practice. They are a bit hard and don't have backings, so it can get uncomfortable after watching for over 30 minutes. The bathrooms are generally clean. WI Fi is available so you can be on your device while waiting. They've always been very accommodating and flexible, scheduling my daughters for private lessons. The reason I chose private lessons is because that's the first star dock: classes fill up quickly, and the levels offered for my kids' skill set are limited to availability, which is practically nothing conducive to my schedule. They do skill evaluations every 8 weeks to see if your child is ready to move up a level. This is nice so you can see your child progress. My only other complaint is that the parking situation can be tight. There is parking on the back and sides of the building, but traffic can get heavy coming in and out of the parking lot, making it difficult for you to drop your kid off. Other than that, the parent portal is easy to navigate, and you can see payments due, evaluations, and makeup classes available. They do team try outs in April, so we'll see how they do handling competition season. Otherwise, I'm happy with the switch from our previous gym, which was awesome, but the location was inconvenient, so that's why we came to Premier.

Which turned out to be a caveat because apparently today was a day everybody decided to come to the aquarium. If you didn't already know this is where "Dolphims Tale" emanated from. Florida is and has always been dedicated to the preservation and rescue and Rehabilitation of the marine species and environment. The drive out here is something. Literally no fish whatsoever. You walk around the tank as you walk around the aquarium there are window all the way around, but again, the tank was completely empty. There were other areas of the aquarium that were under construction due to either renovations or expansion. Due to this there were multiple enclosures that had no fish are animals to view. It's a little disappointing when you are traveling for vacation and the aquarium was the place that your daughter was looking forward to the most. All this while still charging full price for admission. All that being said, they have a very friendly and informed staff and volunteers that clearly do a lot for the marine life. It is very commendable the way they are nursing injured marine life back to health. Definitely more of a rescue center than an aquarium.
