Do not use this company to have your carpets cleaned. Despite the owner Richard telling us he was a…read morestandup guy and would take care of us, his company came out and actually ruined our carpet. The carpet was fine to begin with and just needed a refresh (we just purchased the home). It is now horribly stained and we are shopping for new carpet. He sent somebody out one time to try to fix it and it was beyond repair. Since then he has repeatedly ignored us and has refused to take responsibility or address the situation. Again, stay away from this company unless you want your carpet ruined. Worst money we ever spent.

I was dissatisfied with the result and contacted the owner of the franchise who came out and told me the bathroom would be redone - A date was set and then missed by the tech. Then the bathroom was regrouted and I was asked to pay another $100 for the service. I called the owner of the franchise and was yelled at that I had agreed to pay this amount - The grout still looks bad and I will hope that people will take note of this review - Be careful and ask for everything in writing. This turns into a very expensive prospect if you are not careful. Being in business for myself, I have made mistakes and always taken care of these mistakes without question. To be screamed at by a business owner and then pay for a service that was to make up for bad cleaning is really bad form. Not impressed at all with Sir Grout and will definitely not recommend this to anyone
