It literally took the guy 5 minutes to take out the old motor, and I felt this was too much to pay so I called Craig W. Krueger and was told there was a $70 service call and about $150 to put a new motor in. I asked when could they be out, and I was given a 2 hour window. I then asked Avalon if they would match the price and he said: HE DOES NOT HAGGLE PRICES AND THAT IS WHAT HE CHARGES. He then got mad at me and grabbed my motor and put it on the driveway and left!! Ed from Craig W. Krueger was at my door in an hour and a half and did an awesome job of fixing my motor and blown transformer, and DID NOT TRY TO PRICE GOUGE ME!!!! Ed was at my house for 5+ hours. He then serviced my outside unit and now it blows nice ICE COLD AIR! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND AVALON TO ANYONE!!!THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT GET A SECOND OPINION ON PRICES!!!!
