In a nutshell, he did not complete the job he was paid to do. He worked 6.5 hours and charged me an incredible amount of money. Didn't come near to completing the job. My neighbor, a professional landscaper, said I was raped and WYATT MORENO flat out lied to me. My wife reached out to see if things could get rectified... someone called back **over a week** after my wife left a message, said she would speak with Wyatt about coming back out to finish the job... that was over 3 weeks ago and have not heard a word from them since. I gave Wyatt the job because he seemed eager and wanted to work, has a very young family to feed, etc. I have lots of tree work to do on my land. It's unfortunate that this generation doesn't meet the standards of past generations. He said he was "in training" to be a certified arborist. Seems like he needs more training on getting the job done and customer service. Do not hire Moreno's Tree Service -- you'll be disappointed and angry like me. Save your money and find a trustworthy arborist.
