Disrespected & Mistreated at State Farm - Justin Ray's Office…read more Date of Incident: May 16th 2025 Location: Justin Ray - State Farm Insurance Agency 1345 E Henri De Tonti Blvd Suite B, Springdale, AR 72762 As a Black woman seeking clarity about an inaccurate quote I received from this office, I was met with clear microaggressions and unprofessional behavior. At 11am, I visited in person with my mother as a witness and brought a recorded conversation to calmly prove what he had originally said before discontinuing our conversation. Instead of listening, Mr. Ray dismissed me, called me rude ahain, and refused to acknowledge the facts. When I asked who I could speak with to escalate the matter, he told me he had no supervisor. This experience was humiliating and upsetting, especially given I was respectful throughout. It's unacceptable for a customer, specially a woman of color, to be gaslighted and silenced for advocating for herself. My mother witnessed the entire interaction! The service was poor, dismissive, disrespectful, and so deeply unprofessional! I will be switching to another agent and posting this review on every platform possible so others are aware.
