They not only showed up the day I called but when they determined my unit was beyond repair they were contacting the manufacturer and got me a new unit at no cost to me. They even brought two window units and installed them temporarily in my house so we could stay cool until the following day when my new unit came in. it was no hassle and some of the absolute best service we have ever had. Now we are cool again! Great Job!

Chrissy Ruth Wells Jackson Duvall's sold my husband a unit with lifetime warranty on the blower motor and then wouldn't honor the warranty. They did quote me for a whole new unit without coming out to check it out. Atchley was supposed to come and clean my a frame inside the house and did everything but because the guy didn't know how and then wanted to charge me for sending somebody else out to do it. Bright was wonderful! They came out and fixed my blower motor for me and my unit has been running just fine for the last 3 years. 16h Reply Share Paul Duvall This warranty covers part ,u wanted me to cover labor and Freon 14h Reply Share Chrissy Ruth Wells Jackson Paul Duvall as a matter of fact, the person I was talking to tried to tell me you guys did not sell anything with a lifetime warranty until I sent her the copy of my receipt and then she said well we're not honoring it. You should've known that was not a legitimate warranty 14h Reply Share Chrissy Ruth Wells Jackson Paul Duvall I did not want you to cover the Freon and labor. You guys refused to honor the warranty. So, which is it was I lying or is it what you're saying now that I wanted extra work done Free? I guess me showing proof made you a little bit butt hurt, huh 14h Reply Share Paul Duvall It wasn't Duvall's AC 15h Reply Share Chrissy Ruth Wells Jackson Paul Duvall I was mistaken. The warranty you guys refused to honor was for the compressor, not the blower motor. I had someone fix that problem and then the blower motor went out also and I called someone else for that too.
