When they couldn't find an interim solution to keep my old unit running long enough until they could install my new one, they put in a loaner unit until they could do my install. He quickly diagnosed a few issues from previous installers and corrected them as needed. Our home is now cool, cozy and humidity is gone!! I was so impressed, I had them do a bid at work and they were $2,500 cheaper than the other two bids I received. They did a spectacular job then too. I am now in the beginning phase of building a home - I called on them first because - they have been SPOT ON with everything!!! Andy even threw out some other ideas which I think will work well in our home. I would recommend over and over and over.

I spent 2 days in the home and on the 3rd day noted a tension in my jaws and agitated and angry thoughts that I knew weren't my nature. I spent the next 17 days in the driveway in the RV unable to enter the home. We needed an electrician to come install a whole house filter (new on the market) hoping it would heal this toxic electrical nightmare these meters create so I could live in the house. Finding an electrician in rural AR proved quite challenging but when I called Michael on a Sunday, he answered and though my situation was unfamiliar he quickly condensed it to what HE needed to do for me/us and drove 90 miles one way to come help us the very next day. He and his son Ben were wonderful, professional, and quick and the bill was less than expected. They are now "our electricians" even if we have to pay a trip charge to get them here. A 36 year Master Electrician with an open mind is more important than a medical doctor in situations like this. If you have one of these new-fangled electronic electric meters you need to go to my blog and see what they're doing to you. NoATT.blog One post there contains a Letter to the AR Public Service Commission with the insane, toxic readings in this home before the installation of the filter. Michael witnessed this and noted "Very Interesting" as he left but I still have a high-pitched squeal in my ears/brain but I've decided that's my reminder that I'm in a battle and that's my internal alarm, call to arms. I hope you'll check into what's on your home/office...get a meter and take readings in your home. I shared where to find the meters etc... I can't fight this fight alone but boy are we blessed to have found this amazing team.
