Guest was escaping the hurracaine, so I agreed to take a last minute booking for 12 people with 10 dogs given the circumstances. They left pet hair on every surface, multiple stains on my couch, rearranged furniture, left a dozen bags of trash, dog poop, moved things around the entire kitchen, threw away my coffee creamers and condiments, broke mugs, etc. Gator Nest Cleaners took it with a good sense of humor regardless of the excessive amount of work. They showed up promptly at 10:15am, when guest was supposed to check out by 10am, and patiently waited 30 min before they decided to leave. They stayed cleaning past 7pm, and did not complain once to me. In fact we decided to leave for the night and come back the next day. They were very willing to help and it felt like we were a team trying to get the airbnb back to squeaky clean as it was prior to nightmare guest!

The cleaners always have an issue with the keyed entry despite all other guests never having an issue. For the cleaning we got to the house & it looks like we spent $90 to just have them wipe the surfaces? Mind you this house is a 1bed/1bath and not fully lived in so I don't understand the lack of effort & I expect a higher quality of service from a company that claims as professional. The bathroom floors were dirty and walls were not scrubbed & so are the floors. The trash cans were not even emptied unbelievable. They added more work for us & thankfully the guest moved their check in date we had to clean up after a cleaner claimed to clean and we paid $90 for pretty much someone dusting our glass shelves & table. The villa was in relatively good condition. The cleaners purposely stretched out the time and would have been there more than 2 hours if not approached and asked about their time. The older of 3 cleaners at that point asked do they own it or trying to get back security? That should not be the reason or justify how much time is spent cleaning! The company is responsible and obviously condones this practice.

Also customers should be made aware that this business does not accept credit cards, which I imagine is how many people plan to pay for cleanings. Still, the level of cleaning would be more acceptable if it cost less than half of what I was charged. For nearly $400, I expected much better.
