We requested a whole house post construction Cleaning Service for a crew of four for six hours…read more When they arrived, the crew went to work immediately and only took about 15 minutes for lunch. They were thorough and pleasant. They did everything with a minimum of supervision, including Cleaning the entire kitchen and the oven. They wiped down the kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well. The whole house is ready for painting, which starts tomorrow. This was a difficult job with a lot of moving parts. When they started, they were 15 people in the house at the same time. They had to work around the moving company that reset all the furniture in its place and go over places that they had already cleaned again. They were unflappable in their duty and worked around all the chaos going on in the apartment. For the amount of people and work involved, I felt the price was reasonable. This was not a cheap job, but it was worth it. The owner of the company, Richard, was pleasant to work with throughout and was always immediately responsive to all of my anxieties about whether they would show up and on time, etc., etc. . Everything went extremely smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The cleaners always have an issue with the keyed entry despite all other guests never having an issue. For the cleaning we got to the house & it looks like we spent $90 to just have them wipe the surfaces? Mind you this house is a 1bed/1bath and not fully lived in so I don't understand the lack of effort & I expect a higher quality of service from a company that claims as professional. The bathroom floors were dirty and walls were not scrubbed & so are the floors. The trash cans were not even emptied unbelievable. They added more work for us & thankfully the guest moved their check in date we had to clean up after a cleaner claimed to clean and we paid $90 for pretty much someone dusting our glass shelves & table. If you want more work & disappointment use Molly Maid. What a rip off

The villa was in relatively good condition. The cleaners purposely stretched out the time and would have been there more than 2 hours if not approached and asked about their time. The older of 3 cleaners at that point asked do they own it or trying to get back security? That should not be the reason or justify how much time is spent cleaning! The company is responsible and obviously condones this practice.

I am so happy I found them because it's actually difficult to find hard-working, dependable and HONEST help in the area. Seriously. These guys are great! I actually found them on Yelp as I was looking for a new cleaning service for a move-out job at one of our apartments in Gainesville. Their response time was super fast! I requested a quote on Yelp and I was given a call and we set up an appointment with the Splee cleaners in less than a 12-hour window. That's fast in my world... Two team members arrived promptly just before 12 noon on Saturday as appointed. They were both super friendly and professional and reassured me that they were going to take care of everything I needed cleaned in the unit. In addition, I asked the nice gentleman of the cleaning team if he could use my dolly that I brought from Jacksonville and remove an old refrigerator and a chest of drawers left at the apartment by my last tenants and just set it by the curb for garbage pick-up. He said, "No problem." And he did it for FREE! How cool was that? After about 2.5 hours, Nick called me to let me know that they were just about finished and ready for the walk through. I came back to the property and I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. I paid an extra $75 for carpet cleaning that was set up prior to the appointment and these guys took the smell of "dirty dog" out of the carpets and air. WOW! Very impressive. If you manage property or need cleaning after a tenant move-out, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Splee Cleaning Services. I have found my new Cleaning Service in the Gainesville area! They are prompt, professional, personable, efficient, competitively priced, effective and thorough. They accept cash, checks and cards. :) FYI: They also do pressure washing and other services. Just ask them...
