Her shop is easy to find with a nice clear store front. As I entered, I was treated to a warm, professional smile. The shop's interior was tidy and had a nice, neutral smell. Scheduling an appointment was super simple using her website, and lucky for me, I was able to slip in a same-day appointment. Ms. Noah was available right on time. , and checked me in without any fuss. Her paperwork was straightforward and not overly invasive. The massage was exactly what I requested, including avoiding the areas I specified. The massage area is private and comfortable. After the massage was complete, Ms. Noah simply offered to set up my next appointment, no pressure, no up sales, just a courtesy for my next appointment. Over all a very relaxing visit with a true professional. I'm really looking forward to my appointment.

She used a combination of deep tissue massage and cupping, and my shoulder finally relaxed. I felt real relief after the session and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without constant pain. Traci was professional, easy to talk to, and she really knew what she was doing. I highly recommend Traci to anyone in Charleston or visiting the area. About 25 minutes later a girl came out over back with a client, checked her out and then acknowledged that was there. The session was OK, but my only issue is the amount of experience. The girl told me she was hired as the receptionist and the owner trained her on how to use the equipment. I feel like that someone using this type of equipment should at least have an aesthetician background. I was forced to put a credit card on file for future visits, which I felt uncomfortable about. I had previously paid a deposit, and I had to pay a second deposit on this most recent visit. I told the girl that I've already paid two deposits, but she would not give me credit for both. She said that the owner would credit me, but I haven't heard anything and that was November 12.
