Nina gave me a great massage and worked my tight and sore muscles till they finally relaxed. I also took advantage of the acudetox which was new to me. The little pin pricks were a little more noticeable than acupuncture I've had in my neck or back, but I must say, it's been four hours since the massage/acudetox and I feel calmer and more at peace than I have ever felt after just a massage. I would tell anyone who has an opportunity for this procedure to give it a try! My husband had Nick as a masseuse and my husband said he did a great job! He listened and personalized the massage to exactly what he needed. When we come back to Charleston, we will definitely book another massage/acudetox!

Lots of loud talking by staff and thin walls so you can hear talking throughout the whole office. Oh, and it's next to a karate studio. Want to hear them running drills and hitting stuff? You can. Suuuuuper not relaxing. My massage was good. The therapist was nice and professional. I got about 35 minutes of a 50 minute massage. Minuscule seating area. Cold. Holy cow, so cold. I was cold even during the massage. This was our first visit, and no one told us where to go when we were in the building - just, "ok, go on back." "Back where?" "Back." I've had far better massages and services, but I've had far worse, too. For the price, it was fine. However, I won't be back.

A short time ago, she received a call from someone in the salon saying the person who was scheduled to do the updo won't be in and her appointment was cancelled because no one is available to do it. This is ludicrous, unacceptable and VERY unprofessional!!!! WHAT kind of business does this?! Certainly doesn't happen where we are from! She is not having any luck finding availability in other salons TWO days before the wedding. If you cared about your business and clients, you would find a solution. Simply unacceptable. Yes, she did get a refund, but you did not fix the problem!

After a few cold nights walking around downtown to see the lights and going to Light Up the Night at the baseball stadium. She used a combination of deep tissue massage and cupping, and my shoulder finally relaxed. I felt real relief after the session and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without constant pain. Traci was professional, easy to talk to, and she really knew what she was doing. I highly recommend Traci to anyone in Charleston or visiting the area.
