Chantelle sent someone else to clean my friend's home. She arrived with no equipment or cleaning supplies. Chantelle didn't show up for her third visit and claimed she had informed me that she had changed the day to Friday. She sent me her schedule and she had me written in for five hours instead of three. Chantelle was going to bring cleaning supplies that were unscented, but that didn't happen. Her organization skills leave much to be desired.

the first clean was OK but the second clean was horrible for the money charged: only the kitchen/…read moreliving room and bathroom were required to be done in the 2hr time element. however nothing that was moved was put back; kitchen sinks weren't cleaned, bathroom floor was left super wet (like water left on it) walls of the shower still had a long black hair that was there from the first clean. I have a housekeeper because it takes me to long to do it myself and I don't mind paying the price but I do not expect to spend 3 hrs looking for & putting things that are moved. ie: rugs, chairse, lights turned off, She is due to come on 20th but I need to cancel. I can't deal with someone who says they are a housekeeper and just doesn't do the job sloppily yet takes the money. So another HSKP down the drain.
