Chantelle sent someone else to clean my friend's home. She arrived with no equipment or cleaning supplies. Chantelle didn't show up for her third visit and claimed she had informed me that she had changed the day to Friday. She sent me her schedule and she had me written in for five hours instead of three. Chantelle was going to bring cleaning supplies that were unscented, but that didn't happen. Her organization skills leave much to be desired.
