Avoid them. Mail ordered a cardigan, didn't turn up. emailed them got no replies, phoned them up, they said it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't phoned again to cancel my order, the guy in the shop did not seem the least bit bothered. Won't shop from them again. bought a pair of bottoms from them. advertised as grey as was the picture on the website. upon delivery the coulours did not match, the colour was more of a dull green. i complained and they told me to send it back for a refund. sent it back 1st class recorded and didn't hear anything from them for 2 weeks. i emailed them and a few days later my refund was complete. complete? not really, they forgot the 2 times i paid for postage (£10). for the next 2 months i emailed them regarding this situation. guess what? no email reply whatsoever! until i told them i'll be going to trading standards then i got reply. they told me they never got any emails from me and it wasn't their fault in the product description and they won't offer me any postage refunds. the label on the product clearly says emerald khahi, which is green. trading standards said i was right but i needed to write a formal letter to natterjacks, make 2 copies and send it registered then wait to see if i got a reply and report back. i could see this dragging on for the next 6 months and who knows what next. all this trouble for £10?? amateurs! they will take every penny from you even if it's not your fault. I ordered a pair of sneakers from them, paid with Paypal and got a Paypal confirmation e-mail. Next day some guy named Ash sends an e-mail asking me for "a proof of identity document. What we need is a recent utilities bill (electricity bill, phone bil etc...) or bank statement that has your name and address on it, basically any official documentation." Ever heard of identity theft? Why would I need to send them something like that after paying with my verified Paypal account? They claimed my address was "unconfirmed" - despite this being the same address as on my credit card that I used to verify my Paypal account with. I asked them to send me a screenshot of the "unconfirmed" message they got. Screenshot they sent shows that their system uses the address on the order form - which is formatted differently than the Paypal address - and therefore shows my Paypal verified and confirmed address as unconfirmed. I pointed this out and asked them to look at the original Paypal payment confirmation e-mail they got at the same time as I got mine, which shows my address in the right format and as confirmed. Never got a reply to that. When I contacted them again, they said they were waiting for a further confirmation from Paypal. At that point I cancelled my order. No way I am going to send some unknown employee of a company I found by chance on the Internet any documents that may be used for identity theft. More likely, though, it's a case of simple ineptitude. AVOID read more
