Native Wildlife is a great company. We would have loved to hire them, but they have a minimum charge of $1200 for service and, to their credit, they did not find enough to do to reach that amount. This is what happened: It all started when we heard something scampering above us while we were in bed around 9 AM one morning but could not tell if it was in the attic or outside on the roof. We called Native and Alice came out within a day or two to investigate. She spent about an hour checking out the attic and the rest of our house but found no trace of rodents in our attic. Her assumption was that it was squirrels running on top of our roof. She made some suggestions about how to "rodent proof" our home but the total cost for the service was below $1200--so it was not cost effective to use them. What impressed us was her honesty-- she could have told us there were rodents in the attic to encourage more business, but she did not do that. We offered to pay her for her visit and inspection but she refused payment.
