I had a swale dug to divert water from a hill at the back of my house but he also cleaned up the side and back areas that had basically turned into a prairie full of tall grass and weeds. They do take a pretty laid back attitude (the opposite of hard sell) but that worked out fine. I would recommend them.

My concierge service at work found this provider for me after researching for landscapers in my…read morearea. I spoke with the owner who came across as very intentional about having my business. In short: he only talks a good game. I wanted a spring clean up. He came to the house and my family spent over an hour walking and talking the property with him. He sent a quote for $1600 which I felt was high but paid via paypal anyway. A week goes by. Some bushes were trimmed. Some leaves were raked but the bags remained on my property. I kept asking when the rest of the work (especially the lawn rejuvenation) would be completed. He put me off. Finally he returned, showed up an hour after he said he'd be here, walked the property again and said he wanted to add mulch and do a bit more and it might be another $1200. I told him to send me the breakdown. He sent me a quote for $2200. Keep in mind, only a tiny portion of work was performed on one day. No way am I giving him more money. He called me cheap for it. He refunded me $500. So I paid $1100 in work I could have gotten elsewhere for half of that price. I'm still pursuing more of a refund. In the time I've spent dealing with this character, I probably could have done this work myself. There are a lot of landscapers out there, I warn others to find them and not do business with this gentleman. It only leads to lost money and time.
