I was getting a bid on some electrical work when Sal noticed some issues with an electric line that was installed by another electrical company. I had 2 other electricians out and they did not notice the problem. Sal did! Not only is he honest, but he pointed out and offered to fix the mistake of other electricians. He is honest and his pricing is fair and he works late. His team came out and ran electrical in my attic ... again fixing another electricians work. I had just had the drywall installed and they did such a good job of running the electrical lines and doing minimal holes and when they did holes, they were so tiny and then they patched them. That was so kind of them. Sal and his crew are fantastic. Best customer service! If you want it done right, call SAL!

First time was Christmas Eve 2022 and when no one else would come, Sal with Firefly showed up and restored power to my home replacing the outside panel in freezing temps. This December Firefly replaced the inside panel that was faulty. More then just fixing the electric, they handled everything with my Insurance company so I had no out of pocket expense other then the deductible. I highly recommend and would never call anyone else. The company double-billed me for the same AC service, an invoice I had already paid, and has ignored three months of my calls and emails seeking clarification about the second charge. I continue to receive automated invoices without any explanation of the duplicate billing or the work supposedly performed. Even worse, an employee reached out to me in an email, falsely claiming that I was trying to hold them "financially responsible" for things outside of their control simply because I asked a question about the work performed. This was especially troubling since the dispatcher had already confirmed it was the same issue being repaired a second time. Neither management nor the owner (who had been personally introduced to me) has ever responded. This company's unprofessionalism, billing errors, and disregard for customers are appalling. Avoid this company at all costs. I am now evaluating whether to escalate this matter to consumer protection agencies to prevent others from being treated the same way. It's sad to see a business I've supported for years fail to provide simple explanations and treat loyal customers this poorly. All trust has been lost. Response to the Company's response: I appreciate the company's reply, but it unfortunately confirms the very issue I described. For three months, I asked for clarification on why I was billed twice for the same unresolved problem, a matter your own dispatcher acknowledged was the same service being revisited, not a new one. That's why I reached out for clarification, as anyone would after receiving a second bill by surprise that was said to be for the same work. The repair was only completed successfully on the second visit, which is when payment should reasonably apply. The problem has since been resolved with no further issues, confirming that the first visit was not a completed job, something also acknowledged by the dispatcher. Despite repeated outreach, no one ever explained this or provided details of what was done on that second visit; I only received another invoice. After being ignored for months, I ultimately paid the second bill under threat of collections, not because the situation was ever clarified. The owner's follow-up came only after I posted this review, and even then, my questions about billing and communication were not addressed. I've been a customer for over five years and have always paid promptly once a repair was completed. My only request was transparency. It's disappointing that instead of acknowledging that, the company continues to deflect responsibility rather than address the lack of communication and customer care that led to this situation. I'm not looking to escalate this any further; I simply wanted the company to understand how this came across from a long-time customer's perspective. I genuinely hope you take this as constructive feedback. In my experience, clear communication and follow-through make all the difference in maintaining trust and long-term relationships. Disacknowledgement only leads to a loss of trust, and in this case, confirms it.

    They've saved me a small FORTUNE multiple times…read more Today my aircon drain plugged upstairs. AT 4:30 pm o;n a Fridday I needed help. They sent out someone for an emergency call. They fixed it fast and charged me UNDER $270!! On a Friday evvening at 7 pm. when tech arrived. That's amazing. He also figured out how to unclog the downstairs sink which drained slow. No one else could figure it out cause it's copper pipes that are an odd configuration. Another time he sold me an air conditioner for about $9,000 less than others would have charged. He said it was an older model he had. It works fantastic as the house is older. Perfect match. I'm not saying they're perfect. But I've dealt with other plumbing companies who tried to charge me $10,000 for a problem they fixed for $300. HONEST is freaking hard to find.

    When Rudy was here he was great. He was a hard worker that completed the job. I had requested…read moreinstallation of 8 exterior, wired cameras. The cameras were all installed, wires encased in protection, and painted as needed. Rudy did cause some unnecessary damage during the installation but was professional enough to repair the damage without any extra charges. The problem was that Rudy is very unreliable in terms of actually showing up. There were many cancelled appointments and he was usually hours late for appointments that he did manage to keep. He was terrible at returning texts in a timely manner. Overall the security camera installation was completed, although it was more stressful and difficult than it could have been. Rudy also helped me with a ring doorbell issue while he was here. There were issues the day after the troubleshooting that he performed. I contacted him multiple times and tried to give him a wide range of times to come assist with the issue. He once again was terrible and responding to texts and missed several appointments to come evaluate the issue. It is extremely unfortunate that he has chosen to ignore me at this time. It has been 10 days and although the cameras are well installed his lack of follow through and communication still leaves me with a problem that I am required to hire another electrician. This company gets 2 stars for job completed to my satisfaction. But loses 3 stars for lack of communication and leaving me hanging with an issue that arose secondary to his work.
