The technician Matt called 30 minutes before he arrived. He was polite and explained everything in detail. The original estimate from the cleaning company we use wanted to replace the entire unit. Matt just adjusted a few things and replaced with one o-ring and the leak stopped. He saved us $800!!! This is why you ALWAYS need to get more than one estimate.
