In all my years of having work done, no one ever gave me an estimate, but then lowered it because they miscalculated for materials. Leroy came over several times before the job to match the color (which is difficult with aged stucco). Once he started, Leroy was meticulous and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Unfortunately, the oven and fridge were barely touched. When I contacted management, the owner refused to resolve the issue, claiming I underreported the condition of the appliances, both of which had nothing more than average soiling, and in fact we had washed the refrigerator shelves the day before. The company did not notify me of any issues or extra fees during the service. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and incomplete work for such a high price. The baseboards in the kitchen were not cleaned and the window sills were not cleaned. We have used professional cleaners for all of our move out cleanings over the years and have never had a problem with things just being left not done before.

Robert did a fantastic job presenting us with our options, getting us realistic timetables for the order to arrive, and taking great notes for each room. He was a pleasure to work with and I gained great confidence based on those interactions. After measurements, he gave us great options to meet our needs and worked with us on scheduling the project. The install crew, led by Corey did a wonderful job both with the carpet and the luxury vinyl planking. Corey was very communicative throughout the project, and his crew was professional and (clearly) a great bunch of guys. I can't say enough positive words about the entire experience - I told them, "I hope I don't have to see you for a while, but if I do need carpet work, I will not hesitate to contact CCW."

His attention to detail surprised me. His ideas to make things better were such a welcome surprise. This was for an outside paint project and it took a little while because of weather and wind, but he always kept us informed about what the schedule would be. They were all extremely respective of the property. Everything was sorted daily and cleaned up. In this day and age people are generally prepared for a mediocre job and to have to argue and point out inaccuracies. The price was totally fair in my opinion and I did not have to complain or point out anything! he was always two steps ahead and telling us what would come next. I simply cannot express my appreciation more. Thank you Mike, Fred, and Ronnie for your professionalism and dedication. Completely satisfied.
