Once again, I found it necessary to obtain the services of a plumber. There was never a concern as to who to call, Nationwide was the only answer. I have used them several times in the past, and each time, they provided me with 5* service. This time I needed a toilet of all things, and I don't have to explain why that is a priority, especially just before a big holiday weekend. Where do I even begin, especially since I am not able to go out and obtain one myself. I checked with my local big home supply store, and I of course I can order one and get it delivered the same day if I wanted sidewalk delivery for free, but at 75 years old and disabled that was not a possibility. If I wanted it delivered inside my home, not only would it cost me $80.00 more, but delivery would be in 4 days. Not an option. I called Nationwide and not only did they offer to pick up the new toilet for me , but they would have it in my home within 2 hours at no additional charge, but they would install it for me immediately! Who does that? Nationwide did. They arrived sooner than 2 hours, and it was professionally installed immediately as promised. Again, Krista and the staff came through for me again. Both Jake and Shawn were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Each was approachable to questions and they answered in the same manner. Both cleaned up and left the bathroom clean of all debris afterwards without prompting. My experience with them and the company's response time are rated A-1 in my book, especially for a last minute weekend repair. I am so impressed with how helpful they are, from the assistant on the phone to the plumber who showed up at the door. Having dealt with over 10 plumbers in my experience, theirs is one of the finest. I had an issue with a hot water heater where the gas company had isolated the hot water heater due to carbon monoxide leakage. I had called multiple plumbers to find out what could be the issue and the required fix. They were the most responsive. The assistant, Jaime, was so helpful, she worked with my schedule to arrange for a plumber to meet me the same day. The plumber, John, showed up, checked things out and told me there is nothing wrong the hot water heater, and it is the chimney. In hindsight it made sense because it hasn't been swept in well over 20 yrs. He was honest, told me the facts. He didn't even charge me for the visit. Shocking! i hired Nation Wide Plumbers to install my new stove and dishwasher. Working with Krista and David and the was a terrific experience. The operations Team came a disconnected my stove and dishwasher one day and thereafter came a second day to re-connect. The Team was exceedingly proffessional and polite. In fact following all safety guidelines the could not finish installing my dishwasher because I was informed I had to hire an electrician. Orjon and Chris were the 2 plumbers assigned to my job and they were great! I needed my old washer/dryer to be disconnected and then a few days later the new appliances to be installed. The plumbers were on-time and communicated with advance notice. They were very knowledgeable, and provided new hosing and valves during the installation. They kept the work area clean and were very professional with all of their work tasks. They answered all of my questions and upon my request made an extra visit at no cost after the installation to assure the machine was working properly. I waited (not so patiently) for 6 months for another plumber to come and fix the hot water heater at my job. Eventually I got sick of waiting and decided to call Nationwide. I am so happy that I did! I called them on Thursday and eight days later I have hot water. Scheduling was so easy! They offer flexible appointment times and are very responsive by phone and email. The technicians that came today, Michael and Kevin, were very professional, efficient and non-intrusive. Leaving the room as clean as they found it when they left. John is professional, efficient, and has a great personality. He even covered his shoes before entering the house to keep my floors clean, which was much appreciated. I called him to replace a 2 year old Symmons kitchen faucet (ugh. only 2 years old and already leaking. The plumbers knew right away after looking in the sink and tub and began snaking it and ended up removing food particles in our tenants apartment from the kitchen sink. We called Nationwide at 9pm on a Thursday night when the sewer backed up into our basement. Theynwere extremely helpful and offered to come that night. Instead we elected for them to come the next morning(cheaper!) and they ensured we were the first appointment.
