A nice atmosphere and friendly staff. They used to have a TV with news on display but that seems to have gone now. Still, it's nice that you don't wait very long (even if there's a long queue). They have newspapers and several ATMs inside which accept automatic deposits (those machines are so clever it's unbelieveable!). The branch is quite small, and there are always long queues. I would not get another account with Nationwide as I was having some financial difficulty and was offered no help when asked for. The staff are helpful enough at getting you to be a customer of course. read more
