Anytime I've had registering or scheduling issues, I was always promptly able to handle them thanks to all the departments. The facility is beautiful. As for the other reviewer who gave a low rating, what graduate level student isn't capable of reading a university catalog and understanding what is required to graduate? Both have been supportive, knowledgeable, and clearly care about student growth. I truly appreciate the instruction and guidance I received from them throughout the program. They have both helped me in furthering my education and focusing on my career. With that being said, I did experience some challenges with communication along the way with the overall school itself. There were times when I reached out with issue or concern and it would either take weeks or I didn't receive a response at all, when certain things were discussed or promised and I felt they weren't fully followed through. This made parts of the process more stressful than they needed to be, especially in a program that already requires a lot of dedication and effort. This is not an easy program, and it's important to understand that you have to be determined and willing to put in the work. This is not something that's handed to you--you truly have to earn it. However, I will say that if you remain persistent and advocate for yourself, the school does make efforts to support you and follow through. Overall, while there is room for improvement in communication, the quality of education and the commitment of key staff members made the experience worthwhile for me and I know this schooling experience will stay with me the rest of my life

There's barbers, nail techs even for toes, hairstylists, seems like they got it all. Ashlee got my toes and nails looking amazing for my upcoming vacation.
