Do not bring your vehicle here. If you do, here is the experience you can expect- they will perform…read morean initial inspection, and it will tell you everything you knew when you brought you car in. They will ask you if they can communicate with you through text, which sounds great since nobody likes to talk on the phone these days, so you will say yes, and then you will wait a few days. Then they will tell you what the cost is to fix the problem you brought your car in for, and they will send you a link for a breakdown of what needs to be done. Take a snapshot of that because that won't be available later if you need to take them to court later but I digress.. lets move on. You'll obviously agree to fix what you brought it in for, and then you won't hear from them for days. Then after that they'll text you again and say something else is wrong and it needs to be fixed before they can fix what you brought it in for. You'll be confused because that wasn't a thing when they first inspected your car, but you'll okay it because it'll be a small fix. Then a few days will go by then they'll message you again with another problem that wasn't mentioned in the initial inspection, and you'll okay it because it's been a few days and you've calmed down and you just want your car to be in good shape. Then you'll wait another three days, then you'll get another text saying that another thing is now a problem that's prohibiting the first repair getting done and it needs to be done so you'll okay that too. After that you'll get your car back. But in my case- three weeks later I get my car back, and four days later while driving it and having it parked and running on a delivery which is my job my car overheated and I had to bring it back. It was then the lady on the phone told me that they failed to clamp a hose on properly so my engine wasn't getting coolant so my engine was ruined because of it... and the cost to fix it is $2200, which is a problem they caused because of their negligence. It was also at this time they told me that my engine was already ruined when I initially brough it to them in the first place, which was not the case at all, and why would they replace my radiator if that was the case since they're the experts? But my engine was fine when I brought it to them and I did deliveries for four days after they replaced the radiator without problems until the coolant ran out due to their negligence. I brought the car back to them, and after they fixed the radiator problem that they messed up, they said there were bubbles in the coolant line. I asked if that was an issue when I first brought it in they said no, so this was obviously a new problem that happened when they installed the radiator incorrectly. There was no issue with the engine when I first brought it in. The problem with the engine now is that they installed the radiator incorrectly and they refuse to take responsibility for the horrible job they did after I paid $1600 dollars. So now I'm out that much money and I don't have a car either after the fact. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I know that dealing with car repairs is a pain, but do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but here. Seriously.

I scheduled my car in advance of 2 weeks hoping to get service right away. I did not get service…read moreunless I called and badgered them. I have taken my car there before and they will not look at it for a few days. I think that is just ridiculous when my car is more than drivable during that time. They tried to tell me my wheel bearing is bad. I knew something was up and declined all services they wanted to do and took it to another shop. They not only checked the one in question but all wheel bearings and it was all good. I saved myself from being scammed $1000 for all the work they wanted me to do when I didn't need it. Be warned. You will wait days for your car to even be looked at. If this happens, you know this review is serious and decline services, take the loss and move on.

5-Stars! Experienced, Honest, & Integrity:…read moreI met Josh at the Kaz Transmission Allendale location just recently. I had heard some noises coming from our the Rear Final Drive Assembly on my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Josh later took the vehicle for a spin, hoisted it, checked a few things, and reached out to me about his findings. He presented me with some facts about the symptom and its remedy. He also explained to me the likelihood of other potential, very expensive drive line failures that could be imminent. He could have persuaded me to make a repair to the Rear Drive Final Assembly and taken my money. Instead, he dealt honestly, giving me the opportunity to make a wise decision based on his experienced perspective. The potential future investments involved were sobering. He did not attempt to persuade me in any way (for or against repair), just honestly told me what was happening, what was historically likely to happen next, and the costs for both. This I see as integrity. Wow, what refreshing experience. I so appreciate the integrity of the Kaz team. They have won a customer! I highly, highly recommend going to see them. FYI, Josh didn't ask me to write this. It wasn't written by Ai. I wasn't paid for this review. I am just grateful for Josh and the Kaz team. I simply felt that others should be aware and that, as Proverbs 3:27 says, "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act."
