After only 18 months (yes 18) my trailer had been vandalized and what I had brought in for still was not fixed. That was the very best time in our relationship as every day with them was another step down. When they finally would return my calls, they told me it was ready. I drive down from Kansas to pick it up and the kingpin had been bent out of shape? It wouldn't hook up to my Rv right. They said it wasn't their fault and I asked them how I had gotten it here if I couldn't hook up my Rv! I called an attorney at that point and they decided it was their fault and fixed that. The slide still did not operate and I have now taken it and paid another company to fix it again.
