It takes up an entire city block, and it's the kind of amazing structure they just would not build these days. Sometimes in some cases in some ways, the old ways are better, and in terms of buildings this Armory proves that is the truth.

Its a super cool venue for whatever event, the caterers that Ive experienced have been quite tasty. Ive seen a few concerts there, it can get very dark and personal for those. If you go to the observation deck at City Hall, you will see this structure. It stands out. As far as I have experienced, parking is street. If there's a lot, I'm not aware of it.

It is a nicely laid out space, but some vendors were not set up when the event opened. The veggie pizza did not arrive until an hour after the event opened and the one sheet pizza was quickly gone. It was a two hour event, but most of the vendors, both food and products, had nothing left after an hour.

You will learn how to "throw clay", make a bowl or perhaps a mug, glaze it and actually use it! How cool is that? Already know how to throw a bowl? You can also join here and come as often as you like. Its a monthly membership I think, and you pay for firing of course. Clay is priced reasonably, the space is nice, all the tools are there.
