Worst rental car experience ever. Total Bait and Switch. Had a Priceline reservation. This location claimed they didn't have the car I had reserved, then gave me an inferior car as an option. We had just walked across the border and I thought he was writing up our original reservation just with a different car he added on insurance fees that I declined because we had third party insurance thru priceline. They wouldn't honor the reservation we made thru priceline even tho we could have made the very same reservation for an SUV thru priceline while standing at the counter. They said that didn't have an SUV only a small sedan or hatchback. After they pulled up our Nissan Kicks we saw one of their agents pull in with a Nissan XTrail. When we tried to email their customer service we got emails kicked back, their customer service phone numbers didn't work and when we finally tracked down a number that did work they put us on a silent hold and then dropped the call hung up. We called several times with no help. My partner is in customer service so we were as nice and polite about things as we could be. The people at the counter for the rental return were the same people when we picked up the car and were not willing to help us or admit that we declined additional insurance because we had already bought it thru priceline. They wouldn't admit that instead of honoring our original reservation they wrote up a new reservation to charge us nearly double our original price. DON'T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.
