Why bother have an online appointment service request when clearly it states that it doesn't guarantee an appointment! The scheduler on the phone was rude and chuckled after asking me what I need for maintenance when I've already told her routine ramp service. No wonder people don't recommend this location and is unable to keep employees from staying at this location. Service all around is bad.

I called Lifeway Mobility and spoke with Tabitha. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and told me the fee to remove the stairlift would be $215. We scheduled a date and time. The technician, Luis, called me when he was on his way, he arrived promptly, was very nice and friendly, and had the stairlift out of the house in 15 minutes. I paid him, he emailed a receipt, and was on his way. I could not have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Lifeway Mobility.
