I am so glad that I chose National Sealing to coat my newly installed Travertine. I recently built an in-ground swimming pool and surrounded it with Travertine pavers. I had received recommendations from friends with similar pavers on who to use to get the pavers sealed... I'm so happy I came across National Sealing. I called, left my info and received a callback shortly after from Kenny; he was very informative and explained that for Travertine, they do not recommend a sealant but rather a coating with beads which lasts closer to 5 years as opposed to sealing every year (my friends seal their pavers annually). The price for the coating was not much higher than for the sealing and my pavers shine beautifully! Marc is the guy that came to my home to apply the coating. He too was very nice and very informative on the process of how he was going to apply the coating and beads along with the benefits of that coating. I am very happy with National Sealing! read more

National Sealing - Masonry/Concrete Near Me - Davie, Florida

we used this company to seal our brand new marble patio in 2024. thir product and spray installation was touted to last 5-7 years per salesman Kenny. Our patio was new spotless virgin marble. Weather was perfect when installed. We noticed after installing some tiny area waift they said it's due to gravity?? Ok now the entire patio has been peeling for the last 12 months and now to the point it has to be totally striped and refinished. The product they use is sprayed On and water base it will not last 6 months. We used an oil base product on our front walkway and it's still perfect. Do yourself a big favor and do not not waste your money on this product you will be as is severely dissatisfied and spending thousands to correct this mess read more

Showed up on time, working quickly and professionally, and got out some tough stains. The sealed finish looks great and should really help prevent stains in the future. read more

After slipping and suffering a bad ankle fracture, we knew we had to do something about our sometimes treacherous travertine-pooldeck. Kenny gave us several options and is the consummate professional delivering a product that is simply sensational. Not only does it look good, but gives us the traction needed throughout the year around our pool deck and patio. We can now enjoy having our family and friends in and around our pool, with significantly less concern and trepidation of possible accidents for years to come. I highly recommend using National Sealing Co if you're looking to add some peace of mind around your pool. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Within a month of selling our brand new marble travertine, it was all bubbling and coming up. I've sent photos via email and called multiple times with no response. Also, it is on YOU to prep the travertine (pressure wash, put down extra sand, etc.) before they get there. Also the nano beads thing being anti slip is complete BS. Don't get ripped out by this company, go elsewhere. read more

I renovated the pool deck area and the contractor applied sealer to the stone deck. I realized immediately how slippery the floor was to find out they used the wrong sealer. Then I hired a local company and they applied additional sealer with salt granules resulting is a dangerous situation around the pool deck. I found online National Sealing company and explained what happened to Kenny. I was a extremely hesitant in trusting another company. He was patient to explain the product and answer all my questions. Needless to say they corrected the problem and applied their special bead anti slip formula. The team was punctual and courteous and NO mess . The deck is no longer slippery and no longer a liability. I would highly recommend and use again. read more

Let me start with "PLEASE DO NOT hire National Sealing !! My experience with them was extremely disappointing. The product quality is inferior to the sealer I had previously on the Travertine outdoor tiles and they do not stand behind their product as you will see below. During the sale process, Kenny sounded like he was very knowledgeable and that their product was far superior to the other companies. I went with him because I felt like they were professional and innovative and were going to provide a superior product. Boy was I wrong. The guys who cleaned the tile and applied the coating were prompt and nice guys. I felt pretty confident when they left that I was going to be really happy. He told me that some of the areas will look white until it cures and then it would turn to clear. From my desk at my house, it looked great. Once the tile dried several hours later, I went out to see how it looked. I immediately saw several very concerning things. 1. There were parts of the tile where it looked like the coating had accumulated and was bright white and fairly sizeable. 2. In my stone there are many holes and crevasses throughout. Inside of many of these, the coating also was bright white. There are hundreds of these all over the surface of the tiles. I immediately contacted Kenny and he then sent me some care instructions which were useless for this situation. I contacted him and we spoke. He seemed to be blaming the situation on the poor quality of the tile and leveling from the installation of the tiles. He did not seem to want to take ownership of his product and felt it necessary to blame me for his inferior product. I asked what could be done and it appeared he felt like it was MY problem to fix. I didn't agree and said if I needed to spend many hours on my knees in 95 degree heat to fix his poor product application, then I want a full refund. He agreed to send Mark out and he came about 6 days later. Nothing had changed and the product application was still poor. I showed Mark and he said he would fix it. I went to back work while he was fixing it. I went out about an hour or so later and he was gone. No way he could have fixed it that quick. Although he did fix some of it, the vast majority of issue remained. When I confronted Kenny, he said that was the extent of it. Meaning, not doing anything else. I again asked him to stand behind his product and fix the issue or give me a full refund. Not surprising but Kenny ignored my email and texts. Several days later I emailed and texted asking for assistance in how I can clean out the white spots. Is there a chemical, pressure cleaning, anything that will help me clean it out. My tile looks like an amateur sealed it. It is embarrassing to spend that kind of money to get something this awful. Again, not surprisingly, no response. To this day, I still have hundreds of white spots all over the tile. Removing them is virtually impossible. The areas where it accumulated are fairly easy to remove, however it peels the coating and leaves the tile exposed and looks awful. I am posting my experiences on line to help you to avoid what I went through. We are going to seeking a legal remedy to get my money back as I will need to have this redone and hopefully we can remove these white spots. Bottom line, DO NOT hire National Sealing. The product is inferior and they do not stand behind their product. read more

I called Kenny for a quote on dealing my travertine deck. He responded quickly and with an extremely fair price. He said they would come to Orlando which was fantastic. He also agreed to stain a part of our drive out so we could see how their paver staining process works. Mark came as scheduled , discussed the process and made quick work of it before the rains began. He assured us if it rained it would not affect the finish and if we were not happy they would return. Kenny called me within an hour of Mark finishing to see if I was happy. I was impressed to say the least. I have dealt with so many unprofessional companies that have left me wishing for someone like Kenny and his crew. I highly recommend Kenny and National Sealing and hope to bring them back to stain our driveway next year. read more

We needed the travertine pavers around our pool resealed because they were slippery and I knew it was only a matter of time before someone slipped and got hurt. This weekend the kiddos were around the pool and I wasn't nervous! I'd highly recommend. read more

As a picky Individual, I'm so happy with Kenny and Mark. They did a fantastic job with coating my travertine deck! It came out beautiful. I was speaking to numerous of different companies and they all just wanted to do a basic sealer on my travertine deck. Kenny educated me and told me the pros and cons of sealing travertine and coating process. Well, he knew that I didn't want to keep sealing it every year, so he recommended me to coat the travertine that can last up to 4 to 5 years, as long a i maintain it the decking appropriately. Thank you both and if I would definitely use them again. read more

I was looking for a coating for my travertine decking to prevent my kids from slip and falls. National Sealing did a great job! It works! Not slip nor falls! The coating enhanced the look of the travertine and it is beautiful! read more

We had them seal our travertine deck around our pool. We wanted to make sure we avoided, if possible, slips and falls. While the look is slightly different, it is very subtle and the microbeads to give some traction without being abrasive. They worked with us when we had to adjust our schedule and arrived right on time. I would say that it was not convenient to have to clean the deck ourselves, as we are new owners of it and then had to research how to do that properly and ended up paying someone else to pressure wash it, so was more expense than we anticipated. And we did have a little splatter get onto a surface we did not want it on, and it didn't just wash off with the rain, but did take a bit of elbow grease, but it did come off. Overall, pleased with the end result, just know that you do need to put in the work. read more

Overall a good job of coating our outdoor patio. The added pebble/ grit is very nice to minimize slipping around the pool area and when the surface gets wet. Better detail needs to be done around tile/ artificial turf and other fine transition areas. This was not done well. read more

These guys are the best and they know their stuff! Excellent product and service! You can't get this product from anyone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Trust me when I tell you, you will ruin your travertine and waste your money using this company! I spent $3,500 to have them seal and then lay the microbeads on my brand new travertine about 8 months ago. First off, they are located in Florida (I live in Scottsdale, AZ), so they don't even check out your tile prior to them arriving to do the work. Kenny the owner told me that since it is brand new travertine, I did not need to have the travertine power washed, all I needed to do was rinse the travertine down really well before they arrived. I spent a good 2 hours the day before they arrived to make sure that the travertine was pristine. Mark came, was very nice and said the travertine looked great and it was prepped properly and he was ready to go. The microbead sealant that they use is semi shiny and it looks terrible over travertine! After 2 months, the film was peeling and chipping all over the entire deck. The owner, Kenny Kline tried to blame me saying that the deck wasn't prepped properly and they would charge me $500 to come back and patch it up. I thought that was ridiculous and we attempted to call Kenny the owner 8 times to discuss the situation. He still has not called us back. I am now paying double to have the entire work that National Sealing did completely removed. I had two companies come to give me an estimate and they could not believe how horrible the deck looked with the National Sealing mircobeads. They shared that that type of product should never be used on travertine and they were shocked that this company is actually in business. They also pointed our many red flags on their website; pictures don't match up, no mention of what the product actually is made of, no contract or guarantee of satisfaction, they leave the prep to the homeowner, the list goes on and on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! National Sealing doesn't stand by their work and Kenny the owner is a crook! read more

I have pavers on my pool deck, side yards and patio area, and driveway. I contacted Ken of National Sealing and he gave me a quote for staining and sealing my pavers after sending him the pictures. They said they are from Florida, well I took my chances with them because of all the positive reviews. Mark showed up on the date they promise they'll do the work. Mark was very thorough in explaining the process of application. I was incredibly pleased after the application was completed. Mark did an excellent job especially matching the colors of the pavers in the driveway. The pavers came from two different manufacturers with two diffrent shades of colors and it came out like one color after the application. Ken and Mark are very professional and highly recommended. I will surely use their servicers again. read more

After our pool company scratched our brand new travertine, we knew we needed to get it sealed right away. We did a lot of research and found National Sealing had the best warranty. They were able to get us in within a few weeks, did a beautiful job, were quick and on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We are so happy with how our travertine looks! Worth a little extra cost to have a product that will last. Thank you so much! read more

I was researching online how to restore faded Pavers. I came upon National Ceiling company on YouTube. After watching all the videos at what a unbelievable job they have done I decided to give Kenny a call. I sent him photos of my driveway from two angles and he then was very responsive and gave me a quote shortly after. I was so happy I went with this company. Yesterday Marc the applicator showed up at my house and explained everything to me in such detail and told me my driveway was going to look great and boy was he right. Seven of my neighbors commented and asked if I put in a new driveway that's how good it looks. You cannot go wrong with this company they are Highly professional. Thanks to Marc I will recommend him to everyone. read more

We had new travertine installed on our pool deck and didn't want to seal it because of the risk of it getting slick. After a few weeks and dealing with our coconut palms flowers staining the finish, I realized we had to get it sealed. Kenny was great explaining options and how to remove the existing stains before they sealed the stones. We discussed sealing/bead finish for my needs (salt water pool and toddler)and were on the schedule for 10 days out (another company took 3 days to call me back and said they were over a month out on doing work). Martell was our installer that was timely and efficient. He applied the stain/beads and the final product came out great. Stones are shiny and the micro beads sparkle in the sun a little. The beads feel like fine sand embedded on the stone when you walk on them. Definitely subtle feeling on the feet and a little rougher on other body parts like hands and knees. There was a few things I wanted addressed after the job and Kenny was great and took great care to address them. Would definitely use them again when the deck needs to be done in the distant future. read more

Great service, great communication, great price. Sealing Travertine is not for everyone, and special care needs to be performed to prevent having to reseal in a year or so, or to prevent it from being too slippery. Kenny at National Sealing did a great job of breaking down my options and educating me on the process, both before and after application. Mark, the applicator was punctual, professional, and respectful (he wore a mask). If you want the best service possible, call National Sealing! read more

Highly recommend National Sealing Company! My husband and I hired them to coat our newly installed travertine driveway. They were able to remove the well water stains that had accumulated as well as bring out the beautiful natural stone coloring of the travertine. Our driveway and patio have never looked better. Kenny and his team were punctual, honest, and a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a reliable and high quality company, do yourself a favor and give Kenny a call. read more

The guys at National Sealing were great to work with. Kenny walked us through the options with our challenging pink brick to coordinate them with our newly painted house and color scheme. What I appreciated most was that Kenny was up front and frank about exactly what their dye process could and could not do. I felt like I wasn't being "sold" but rather informed. His technician came out and Kenny quickly called saying the bricks had too much sealer left on them and to really get a good result and value from what we would spend on the dye process we needed to sandblast. He offered a guy they work with but encouraged me to get other quotes to feel comfortable with the price. His guy came in at the same price as my lowest quote that could do it in the timeframe we needed. Mark (technician) came back the very next day after sandblasting and applied two coats of dye. Mark walked me through the color process and what shade of gray we wanted. It turned out amazing. Highly recommend. read more

Kenny, at National Sealing, was very helpful with explaining how important sealing our pavers was after we built a new home and were looking for a sealing company. The price was right and we were able to schedule a date for sealing that worked for both of us. They did a great job, came when scheduled, and were professional and thorough. I would highly recommend National Sealing. read more

BAD VENDOR ALERT! Do not use this company for any services they offer. We hired them to stain and seal our driveway. The job was not completed to our satisfaction and the owner (Kenny Kline) ignored our complaint, never came to the house to check on his subcontractor's work, wouldn't return phone calls and still sent a final invoice - with the threat of late fees and a lien if not paid promptly. This was undoubtedly the worst example of customer service that we've ever experienced. read more

Excellent company to work with. We were looking specifically for a company that could seal our travertine tile around our pool and make sure it wasn't slippery. They are professional and knowledgeable about sealing tile. Kenny was super responsive and took the time to thoroughly go through the different sealing processes and answer all my questions. Mark came to seal the tile and went above and beyond when a pressure wash company completely messed up prepping the travertine tile on our deck to be sealed. Kenny also took the time to answer my follow up questions the next day. The end result is a great looking nonslip pool deck. Very glad we chose to work with National Sealing Co. read more

We had just finished redoing our pool and Lanai deck with Marble. I was very excited to swim in our new pool and as I came out I did a little slide dance on the slippery marble. We contracted to have a non-skid sealer done which when wet was also like a skating rink. After doing some research we hired National Sealing Who removed the original sealer we just had put on and installed their non-skid finish. Once again I was very excited to be able to use my pool and after getting my feet wet I tried to break my neck and couldn't. Wet or dry their finish is awesome read more

For slippery pool decks, THIS is the company. We had slippery mexican tiling that is gorgeous but super unsafe with our new toddler - or even adults. Prompt, professional response that applied over 1,000 sq ft in less than an hour. INSTANT difference. Deck feels like low-grit sandpaper with the nano-bead tech, with a nice feeling under foot and excellent traction. Superbly priced for the piece of mind this provided and worked better than all other solves we were trying to source. Will reuse again in a few years if it starts to wear down, but for now - VERY pleased. read more

Overall this was a good experience. Big improvement over badly faded builder grade pavers! The process was quick and Mark the installer was thorough in explaining what the process was and what the results would be. While the process was expensive it was much less expensive than replacing the pavers. Only suggestion is to roll on the product along the edges of the project rather than spraying it. Spraying works fine and is pretty consistent in coverage in the center of the project. The edges are less consistent in coverage. read more
