I didn't look at their appliances or other items but I saw some pretty gigantic pots and other cooking tools that looked like industrial Instant Pots and blenders. Beware - This seller is dishonest. I was sold a fryer under the claim that it was a propane fryer, which I specifically needed for my food truck. I even double-checked with him to confirm it was propane. However, after installing it, I discovered it was actually a natural gas fryer. When I called him to explain the situation, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me to purchase a conversion kit to switch it from natural gas to propane--which defeats the whole purpose, as I already have two natural gas fryers. When I asked for a refund, he told me he's not a flea market. Honestly, I think even flea markets have better business ethics than this place. Do not trust this seller. Avoid at all costs. read more

WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!! I saw the bad reviews and hoped that they were just a few disgruntled customers. We all make mistakes and no one is perfect. Eddie had a 4 foot refrigerated display case that I needed ASAP. He was kind enough to wait for me to arrive on a Tuesday. I paid $880 including tax with free delivery and haul away of my broken display case. He also had a refrigerated prep table that he said he would fix up for me and put a cover (the cover was broken). He said I could pay for it $700 cash upon delivery the next day. I asked if I needed to hire a window person to take out our window glass so he could fit it through because I didn't think it would fit through the door. He measured it and said it would fit. He wrote on the invoice that the door needed to have a 32" wide clearance. I said I would check and hire a glass person to remove the door if it didn't fit. My door had a 32.5" clearance. I didn't hire a glass person. I don't usually work on Wednesdays but I went in to wait for him. He never called. I called in the afternoon and he said he wasn't finished fixing the prep table and that he would deliver the next day. He also said that it will not be$750. On Thursday he said he would come on Friday. I told him I would only be there from 9am to 11am. He said he would call at 10. On Friday I called at 12 saying I needed to leave. He sent me a picture of a technician working on the prep table. This was irritating as it should have been done on Wednesday. I left cash with my employee with instructions to only pay after the 2 items were delivered, plugged in and working. He arrived with a very frail older man. They could barely remove the prep table from their truck. First he said he was never told that he was supposed to remove our broken display case. Then he broke our door trying to force the new display case through. My employee called saying he couldn't fit it through. I instructed her to tell him to stop and we would reschedule. He wouldn't listen to her and was very rude, telling her that he was working and she was bothering him. I called him and told him to stop and that I did not appreciate his being rude to my employees. He said that she was yelling at him. I really doubt this. We agreed to reschedule for the following day so I could find someone to remove the door. The next day he needed to deliver by 11am and I could not find anyone to arrive in time for him. Finally we agreed to wait until after Thanksgiving as we were very busy during the holiday. On the Friday after Thanksgiving I texted and asked if he could deliver the display case that day or the next morning. He said 1:00. I had 3 hours to schedule someone to remove the door. While I was on the phone, he called. I called him right back and he didn't pick up. I've attached a photo of the rest of our conversation. He wanted me to pay for the prep table (now $850) before he would deliver the display case I had already paid for. I wanted to return the prep table because it was broken on the side that would be facing customers and the top was covered in condensation. He proceeded to insult me, refused to accept the return and refused to deliver the display case I had already paid for. So now I have a messed up prep table that doesn't work (see pic) , never received the display case I paid for, and have a broken door (see pic). I had a man go in to talk to him thinking he would listen to a man. He was able to have a conversation but refused to honor our agreement. He even said I owed him an apology. Wow. My daughter needed an ice cream machine for an event in Reno, NV. We looked on Facebook Marketplace and found a Taylor Ice Cream Machine at National Restaurant Supply in Hayward, CA, a five hour drive from Reno. I called Eddie, the owner of the store, and asked him to send me a picture to show me that the unit was working. He said that it worked and sent me a video of the unit. When we got there, I asked him to demonstrate it to make sure it worked. He said he couldn't because he didn't have 240 volts in his store to test it. So we trusted his word that it worked and we purchased it for $1300, cash. We drove it all the way back to Reno, another 5 hour drive, and found out that it didn't work. I called Eddie and told him I was going to bring it back for a refund, as we had him write a 30 day guarantee on the bill of sale. He told me to take it to an ice cream machine repair shop and have it fixed, as he didn't want it back. He said he would pay for them to fix it. I drove it from Reno to the Taylor machine repair shop in Sacramento, CA, a 2.5 hour drive, and they kept it for a week. They said it could not be fixed and charged me $320 for their labor. I called Eddie to let him know and he didn't take my call. I left a message and told him that Taylor said that it couldn't be fixed. Since Eddie didn't return my call, my wife called Eddie. She told him that we were going to invoke the 30 day warranty and wanted our $1300 cash back, but if we didn't have to drive it all the way back to Hayward, CA to return it, we would take $900 refund and dispose of the machine in Reno. He told my wife to bring the machine back and he would give us a refund. (another 5 hour drive each way to Hayward.) We drove the ice cream machine back to Hayward. Before Eddie would give me a refund, he said I had to sign the bill of sale saying that I was cancelling the sale, which I did. Then Eddie pulled out $900 cash and offered it to me. I told him that I wanted the full $1300 back, since I had to drive all the way back to Hayward, CA to return the unrepairable ice cream machine to him. He told me that he could repair it and he wouldn't give all the money back because he had already paid the consignment money to the owner of the machine. I shouted at Eddie to honor the 30 day guarantee and to give me a full refund. He told me to sue him for it. I told him I was going to take him to small claims court and started to leave. He told me to leave the machine with him and he would fix it. I asked him where he was going to fix it, because when I purchased it, he told me that he couldn't test it because there was not 240 volts in the building. He said he would fix it at his location. I asked him how he was going to fix it when he doesn't have the right voltage to make it work. I caught him in a lie, which caught him off guard. He, once again, offered me only $900 cash refund and I decided to take it, because it was obvious that he was not going to honor his guarantee. I told him that it just cost me $720, plus time and fuel, to be able to tell the world what happened to me. We had a terrible experience with him and would never do business with him again. He still has the ice cream machine listed on Facebook Marketplace. Just want to start off by saying that every place you yelp might have some good reviews, bad reviews, ok reviews etc. this place has ALL negative and bad reviews! I wish I could leave NO STARS! Really wish I would of yelped this place before I bought here. Every other review is exactly right, basically old and non working restaurant/store equipment is what is sold here. Bought a few items, they either didn't work or were leaking all over the place. I bought a freezer that he told me was in great condition it was so crammed in his warehouse I couldn't get a good complete look at it. When I got it to my place it had a hole in it and couldn't freeze anything. Not to mention everything else I bought DIDNT WORK!!! It ended up being a hassle to return things, older gentlemen that works for Eddie even told me be careful he's a CROOK when I kept showing up to get my money back. First he told me what I bought was on consignment and he already paid the owner that there was no way to refund me. When I got a little FIRM with him he then told me he can take it back but there was a 25% restocking fee. I ended up taking that deal. I figured I lost $300 on restocking fee but probably saved myself 3 years in prison for wanting to bash his teeth in. Bought a refrigerator here a couple of weeks ago and was told that it worked, and if there was any problem I had 30 days to return it. It didn't work at all, and when I tried to return it today the man would not give me my money back. He made me wait for over two hours while he said he would repair it, and couldn't get it fixed so kept trying to talk me into leaving it there! I paid $800 for a working refrigerator, then he wanted me to just leave it and take the chance of not getting it or my money back. After waiting two hours I finally told him I needed to take the refrigerator and that I would deal with him in court. He then called me some awful names and I finally shook my finger in his face and gave him a piece of my mind like you would a 3 year old as that is how he was acting! He then called the police, and tried locking me in his store, and blocked me from taking my refrigerator, and shoved me into another refrigerator when I tried taking it (I'm a 100 pound woman!). The police arrived and he told them I assaulted him, but that I never touched him, but almost did, and that he wanted them to arrest me. Of course I was able to take my refrigerator and leave, but as I was going out the door he tipped it on it's side, knowing this would ruin it. Thankfully the officer got that on video for me. Buyer and Seller beware. NEGATIVE stars really. I wish I read the reviews before I did business with this owner and now I really regret it. As a Seller, you put things on consignment, but you don't get any proof for what items were sold, how much they were sold for, when they were sold, who they sold it too etc - THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY and no paper trail to verify the actual sale and thus, commission you are ultimately paid. You're better off donating to Goodwill to get a write off - as that is more honest. And would you really want to be a buyer to anything then that is sold there with such dishonesty and lack of integrity? I also saw there was a filing on BBB. I wish I saw this before hand. read more
